In season 7 Ivada makes sense if I'm working with the theory they're some sort of agent of the finals' AI

Season 9 Ospuze makes sense cause they were one of the sponsors of the season

CNS could mean anything, just because its often used as a medical term doesent mean anything, we've known this for a long time yeah.

connection could be the video where they "let it do it's thing" (paraphrasing), SYSHorizon which is a product of CNS and the fact no one can point a finger at who "CNS" is or are and also we know the technology of that age is great due to the setting. Ofcourse there is alot of variable and counter points to this but theory that CNS is the Central Nervous System of an entity posing as "CNS" is not that bad
