Also, make sure the cpu cooler clearance is 180mm at least (like in the montech cabinet in the list). This is because even if you go for a liquid cooler, the CPU cooler clearance also determines how well your pc can fit bigger graphics cards. The GPU length only tells the max length that can fit in, not the width of the gpu. Make sure your cpu clearance is more than the gpu width so that it fits in the case.

have you checked out the msi rapid ips monitors? those may fit your requirments, though they are a bit costlier than the average ips gaming monitor but still cheaper than an equivalent oled. Good choice if you are not interested in investing in oled due to burn-in concerns (though MSI does offer burn in warranty for the sake of reassuring customers, and hardware unboxed has stress tested an oled for an year with good results)
