➞ Rule 1: Follow Discord's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines
➞ Rule 2: Be respectful
Hate speech of any kind, harassment, and/or bullying will not be tolerated anywhere on the server.
➞ **Rule 3: **English only
Let's keep the community welcoming and inclusive for everyone.
➞ Rule 4: No spam
Avoid repeated or excessive messages. This includes (but isn't limited to) pings, embeds, reactions, emojis, CAPS, long posts, and copypastas.
➞ Rule 5: No NSFW content
NSFW or suggestive comments and imagery are not allowed anywhere on the server.
➞ Rule 6: No impersonation
This includes (but isn't limited to) impersonation of Embark Staff, Developers, and Server Staff.
➞ Rule 7: No polarizing or intentionally controversial discussions
Don't start discussions with topics that can stir polarizing or heated back and forth and are prone to cause conflicts
➞ Rule 8: No advertising
Posting links, images, or messages that contain or relate to advertisements is not allowed. Promoting your own work is allowed only in the designated media and streaming channels. This includes but is not limited to posting links to social media, such as: TikTok, Youtube, Twitch, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, etc.
➞ Rule 9: No talks on piracy, leaked content, cheats, or exploits.
This also includes but is not limited to mentioning the use of any of the above or sharing links to access this type of content.
➞ Rule 10: No RMT (Real Money Trading)
Selling or purchasing keys to access playtests, accounts or any service that could grant in-game advantage through monetary means will not be tolerated and may lead to an immediate ban. Any form of RMT is forbidden, even those not related to the game.
➞ Rule 11: No callouts
Do not target server members or players with accusations and personal attacks. If you want to flag rule-breaking behavior to staff, please reach out to CMs in Discord or make an in-game report.

✱ We use a strike-based moderation system - if you break the rules, you'll get one or more strikes up to a total of 5, which will result in a ban or permanent mute from the server. Each time you get a strike, you'll receive a DM from our moderation bot with the reason why and a warning if you're on your last strike.
:grey_exclamation: If you experience a rule break, please @ the Moderator role instead of trying to partake in any vigilantism or revenge towards the user, as it could cause you to receive a strike as well.
✱ These rules are non-exhaustive, Admins and Moderators will use their judgment when dealing with disruptive behavior.
✱ Please keep in mind that these rules extend to behavior in the Voice channels, DMs and all content linked in the channels, as well.
