im in rostok rn and i dont get it im barely using my cpu and gpu and pulling 40 frames i know its pretty bad here in general otherwise game runs smooth just is there a way to get as close as possible to using like almost 100 percent gpu and cpu or lets say around 80 to be safe otherwise normally ingame im using like 80 gpu and like 30-40 maybe 50 sometimes cpu

no. the engine is singlethreaded. it simply cannot make full use of your CPU or your GPU.

"fixing this" would require rewriting the engine, or porting the game into a different engine

2. Close Mod Organizer 2
3. Open the GAMMA Launcher
4. (optional) Disable "force git download" and "force zip extraction". This will make it go quicker.
5. Click "Install / Update" and wait for it to finish completely.
6. Re-open Mod Organizer 2.

Try any one of these at a time (in no particular order) to see if it helps:

3. If you have a NVIDIA GPU, you can enable Triple Buffering, and set Low Latency Mode to Ultra in NVIDIA control panel
4. Open Anomaly Launcher via MO2 and tick Prefetch sounds
5. If you have a beefy GPU, use Anomaly (DX11) (no avx)
6. Activate the Turn this on if you stutter mod to alleviate stutters while losing some FPS

would anyone know how to fix game freezing when entering rostok? I cant tell if its a crash or something else, but whenever I am loading into rostok my game freezes and I have to close it through task manager. I think it started to happen after I fought my way through monolith and turned off the device while being timed. If anyone could give me a tip that would be much appreciated 🙂

hello, i disabled alot of mods on GAMMA modpack cuz i wanted to play specifically with what i wanted because i wanted to play some warfare mode... but everytime i load in my screen is completely blue and i can see a little bit of the screen i tried disavling all mods even and its still blue when launching from gamma launcher

@glacial sand G.A.M.M.A. isn't built with Warfare in mind and Warfare, per se, have bad perfomance, bugs, issues, etc., this is why it isn't recommended.
You can play it if you really want to, but forget about #🔨base-gamma-support, this channel support is only for G.A.M.M.A. vanilla (which basically means no extra stuff at all) and is also used by Grok for bug fixing.
Since G.A.M.M.A. vanilla doesn't use Warfare, you'll need to use #🔨modded-gamma-support.

Quick question- I accidentaly unplugged my computer and my user.itx got corrupted, and the game crashes before it gets to the title screen. I deleted the corrupted user.itx, but nothing was fixed, so I'm pretty sure I just need to reinstall Anomaly. Will Gamma still work if I just drag and drop the files from a new Anomaly download into the old folder or will I need to do something else?

Hello everyone, hoping someone could help fix an issue I'm having that is more an annoyance than anything.

GAMMA launches fine the first time once I've installed all the mods, but every time after that the game crashes with no error message. I noticed that if I delete the .log file the game launches without issue. Would anyone know what the cause would be then?

• Add a folder exception for the entire Anomaly folder and the entire GAMMA folder.

If done properly, you should have an Advanced Threat Defense exception for every single Anomaly exe (AnomalyDX11, AnomalyDX11AVX, etc.), the ModOrganizer program, and the Anomaly Launcher. You should also have a folder exception on the Anomaly and GAMMA folder.

Hello everyone! I was hoping someone could help me figure something related to Hips quest. I took it at new game and honestly forgot so I couldn’t tell you if I’d seen it around that time, but once I focused on it I noticed that I could not find a toz 194 anywhere at all. 1) While in game, press F12, go inside Anomaly\appdata\screenshots. If the screenshot isn't there, look in your GAMMA RC3 folder, inside a folder called overwrite
2) Press PRTSC (Print Screen on your keyboard) open Paint, CTLR + V to paste the pic, save it, send it
3) Windows key + Shift + S, which lets you choose what part of the screen you want to take, it will directly copy the pic for you so all you'll have to do is just CTRL + V in the chat.

1. Open your G.A.M.M.A. Launcher as admin;
2. Make sure all 4 checkboxes are enabled;
3. Click Install / Update G.A.M.M.A. and wait for the install process to be done;
4. Open your MO2 and check if you have any red crosses, make sure that you have #📍577-mods-in-mo2.

This procedure does not remove saves, you're not going to re-download everything from scratch and it will not delete your progress, your saves are safe.
The launcher will simply check every mod in the pack, reinstall or fix them if you have red crosses and any mod that need to be updated - will be updated.

• In case you want to save your in-game settings and modlist (because the launcher will revert them back to default), type !backup in #🤖bot-commands.
• If you wish to keep Reshade, disable the last checkbox before clicking Install / Update G.A.M.M.A..

Hey yall. I came here with a weird problem a little while ago where my game was crashing to Mo2 on startup when I tried launching the game on DX11 with no error message or anything written in the log file. We couldnt find a way to fix it in here but I ended up asking on reddit and someone on there had a fix for me. Turns out its likely related to X3D processors (im on a 7800x3D). But the fix that worked for me was to go to device manager > display adapters > right click AMD Radeon Graphics > disable. Make sure you're monitor isnt plugged into your motherboard or else you'll likely end up with a black screen after disabling integrated graphics. I figured I'd drop this in here just in case anyone else ran across this issue in the future.

i fixed my install
i thought the installer deleted broken mods and redownload them but it didn't for some reason, all i had to do was delete the mod from /gamma/downloads
and now i can play with the mk47

you overwrite the existing broken one with a link given to the download of the mod then run install with a configuration in the launcher

its the whole !manual command

for reinstalling specific broken mods

it most likely can work (as seen from ur case it seems) but !manual most likely skips some parts to make it go by faster

i also noticed that no matter how many times i ran the launcher some mods always redownload multiple times like nicer flashlights and no more flashlights on guns

it should also fix the mod if the launcher is downloading the wrong mod for any reason (older version, corrupted file...etc)

the issue is that this has a lot of potential causes, almost none of which are fixable on our end. either it's the user's connection issue (obviously we can't fix that), some problem with the backend file hash not matching the moddb hash (we can only kind of fix that as there are only 2 ppl with backend access, and none of them are helpers), some problem with the file on moddb (can't fix that), or some problem with moddb itself (can't fix that). Or the launcher is broken again, and at that point, we have to chase down grok individually for a fix.

Also there's a known bug currently where the downloaded files are different, but the black CMD window reuses the file names for the download report. It doesn't affect how it works so unlikely to get fixed immediately.

you can move it to C: , that's possible as for hardware? You could always downgrade to dx9 or dx8 but I strongly recommend not using external drives to play, very unstable

Hi, I have made a fresh install of gamma with all 518 mods showing up. I havent played with 3dss before but is it normal that the pso scope still has its 2d reticle. If so, it doesnt have the shadow that shows when you move while aiming. Is this intentional or a bug?

So you want the NPCs to not see you through foliage anymore? Well, you're in luck.
They don't see you through bushes already.
There are now THREE ways to further circumvent the issue:

• You can learn how to properly position yourself, how to flank enemies or retreat so they lose track of you. Fight enemies dynamically and outsmart the AI, don't sit in a bush or walk into one thinking they will forget you. Get better at the game. Enemies react to to sound and hear bushes rustling. Avoid that.
• Download and enable this mod: https://www.moddb.com/mods/stalker-anomaly/addons/152dltx-smaller-bushes to, per se, level the playing field, making some locations feel incredibly empty, whilst keeping bushes about knee high.

I was messing around with the graphics settings in AMD Adrenaline (specifically anti-aliasing and anisotropic filtering) and now the light from my flashlight does not show when I activate it. I turned off the settings that I had messed with and restarted the game but it does not fix this issue. Did I break the game? How do I fix this?

Update: it looks like all lightsources on NPCs are also broken.

1. Make sure you have the latest GAMMA launcher (currently, v6.7.0.0)

If you don't have the latest launcher, use !v6 in #🤖bot-commands and follow instructions.

2. Close Mod Organizer 2
3. Open the GAMMA Launcher
4. (optional) Disable "force git download" and "force zip extraction". This will make it go quicker.
5. Click "Install / Update" and wait for it to finish completely.
6. Re-open Mod Organizer 2.
