For some reason on each launch I am getting dest string less than needed, but I have followed the given instructions here for that 3 times in a row with no change. If I remove my user.ltx, I get the shader compilation failed error on launch. If I generate a new user.ltx, the same string error occurs as with my backup file. Any ideas?

so I'll try that but it may be what's breaking the NVGs

This procedure does not remove saves, you're not going to re-download everything from scratch and it will not delete your progress, your saves are safe.
The launcher will simply check every mod in the pack, reinstall or fix them if you have red crosses and any mod that need to be updated - will be updated.

1. Update G.A.M.M.A. to the latest version (open GAMMA Launcher with admin rights, click on Install / Update)

3. Enable the "Turn this on if you stutter" mod in your MO2 (you can find the mod under the G.A.M.M.A. Fixes separator)
4. If you have a NVIDIA GPU, you can enable Triple Buffering in NVIDIA control panel
5. Open Anomaly Launcher via MO2 and tick Prefetch sounds
6. If you have a beefy GPU, use Anomaly (DX11) (no avx)

Only use after trying other common fixes, like running another install in the launcher.

Uhm... I did a quicksave near the abandoned petrol station in darkscape and died shortly after, when I load that save I can only see the skybox, can't move or shoot, can't see myself or open the PDA, but I can open the inventory? Please help 😒

By using the camera pos command, I can see that the camera spawns somewhere, but then immideately reverts to (0, 0, 0) once the game has completely loaded and I can (click any button)?

Yeah, I got beyond tired of getting trapped in random rooms or doorways by other NPCs or companion's, so I enabled debug mode so I can clip through them and go on my way instead of screwing around trying to get myself unstuck everytime I enter a room.

I had an issue with one single specific area in the Great Swamps. The area just north of the machine yard done this to me. There was nothing there or near by that was causing it and eventually when I came back through a couple hours later, it stopped killing me at that spot. Never did figure out what was causing it.

is gamma supposed to run at such low fps? I've checked the troubleshooting tab and disabled core0, priority was already set to high, although i am using reshade with the agressor preset, but with these parts (ryzen 7 5800x, 32gbs ram and a 3060Ti) it really baffles me that i get sometimes 30 fps, even lower (an example would be the bandit base in dark valley)

Nevermind, I generated a new user.ltx and the game seems to work fine... for now. I guess my settings file got corrupted. That's too bad, but at least I can play again.

Edit: Interestingly, I could just copy all of the contents of my corrupt user.ltx into the newly generated file and my settings were restored without issue. Convenient.

I'm using a left-handed mouse setup. (Fire is bound to right mouse button and ADS is bound to left mouse button).

Sometimes when I ADS, my gun will fire like I pressed the fire button. Rarely the gun will act like I "stuck" the fire button and will fire full auto until I press the left mouse button again.

In 'spawn by section' put 'renegade_cs_story_squad_2'

in select smart choose 'mar_smart_terrain_11_11'
This will respawn the renegade squad

Hi. A couple of times now I've walked into a dynamic radiation field and basically instantly died because there is no indication that I'm standing in one other than the tiny unnoticeable bar in the bottom left filling.

I have a geiger counter, but I'm not receiving any audio notifications when I'm standing in a field. I only get clicks in relation to my current level, which is not helpful in avoiding fields in the first place. Is anyone able to confirm if this is intended behavior?

i5-8300H 2.30 ghz -> 4.00 ghz (turbo)
8 gb ram 2667 mhz
GTX 1060 6gb ram
SSD - 512 gb ( 300 gb free)

Did all things in optimization section. Still getting drops from 70 fps (locked) to 28-30 fps for like 3-4 seconds. Im trying to figure out what can be problime. 1 thing I only see is 8 gb ram. I was planning to uppdato to 16 gb ram. But dunno if it's the main issue...

Only use after trying other common fixes, like running another install in the launcher.

1. Go to \Anomaly\appdata and open user.ltx with a text editor.
2. Search for snd_cache_size and snd_targets then reduce their value from 256 to 128
3. Launch the game and open the settings.
4. Click Visual then Advanced.
5. Slightly reduce Texture detail and Object detail.

Hello upon starting a new game im missing an option to turn off the bluryness when aiming down sight, ive deleted a fair few files ini ones and what not as listed in the FPS Optimisation. You can play it if you really want to, but forget about #🔨base-gamma-support, this channel support is only for G.A.M.M.A. vanilla (which basically means no extra stuff at all) and is also used by Grok for bug fixing.
Since G.A.M.M.A. vanilla doesn't use Warfare, you'll need to use #🔨modded-gamma-support.

Hi guys im trying to reininstall gamma after uninstalling it for storage. When i download from Mo im a few mods short and there are flags, i ran gamma installer as admin three times and the only errors i seem to have gotten are at the end. So yesterday i wanted to start playing gamma again hadnt touched it for months. Launched it and the game was black screened for whatever reason so I updated it. Now every time I try to load into the zone it just crashes. I've tested anomaly on its own and it works but no matter if I update gamma or do a fresh install on gamma it just crashes. Do I need to just delete gamma and anomaly completely from my cimputer and reinstall.

3. Enable the "Turn this on if you stutter" mod in your MO2 (you can find the mod under the G.A.M.M.A. Fixes separator)
4. If you have a NVIDIA GPU, you can enable Triple Buffering in NVIDIA control panel
5. Open Anomaly Launcher via MO2 and tick Prefetch sounds
6. If you have a beefy GPU, use Anomaly (DX11) (no avx)

Its not really an FPS problem because I was running 100 FPS when I first started the game up (I just reinstalled) but it suddenly started stuttering as I ran through the swamp and it only got worse. So I doubt its FPS but I have no idea what could be causing it

Had this issue with 1 person out there, it was an updated mod called Fair fast travel. He had no stutters until its updating. Guess, you can try removing it in mo2 or.. this can be some of your mods issue

Yeah, you have forced your launcher to repair mods, but some of them cant be repaired, so it needs manual downloading

Can you elaborate on this? Also, I just removed fair fast travel and that didn't work. Something I've noticed however is that the stuttering also occurs on the main menu, not sure if that gives any additional insight but weird that its in the menu too

What i mean is that your launcher can repair/download mods incorrectly over and over again, so that's one of all reasons you get stuttered.
