2. Search for snd_cache_size and snd_targets then reduce their value from 256 to 128
3. Launch the game and open the settings.
4. Click Visual then Advanced.
5. Slightly reduce Texture detail and Object detail.

If that doesn't help, you might have to go down to DX9?

If you have "dubious ownership" error, do the following:

1. First try to close the Gamma launcher, and run it as administrator again, click install/update and see if the error is gone.

3. Copy and paste the indicated command line from the gamma launcher black window ('git config --global --add ...') to the git-bash.exe window and press enter. (picture for reference below.)

For some reason, the game keeps crashing, telling me the ammo caliber can't be found. I'm playing STALKER GAMMA right now and I just wanted some aspects of EFP to improve the experience, so I tried to add this mod, but I couldn't find any solution. Every single time I try and open up a new game file it just crashes. Is there any way I can get this working?

I checked with the EFP devs

and they said it was something they got working on there

but not specific to EFP so they couldn't help me

1. Open your G.A.M.M.A. Launcher as admin;
2. Make sure all 4 checkboxes are enabled;
3. Click Install / Update G.A.M.M.A. and wait for the install process to be done;
4. Open your MO2 and check if you have any red crosses, make sure that you have #📍577-mods-in-mo2.

This procedure does not remove saves, you're not going to re-download everything from scratch and it will not delete your progress, your saves are safe.
The launcher will simply check every mod in the pack, reinstall or fix them if you have red crosses and any mod that need to be updated - will be updated.

• In case you want to save your in-game settings and modlist (because the launcher will revert them back to default), type !backup in #🤖bot-commands.
• If you wish to keep Reshade, disable the last checkbox before clicking Install / Update G.A.M.M.A..

5. Open Anomaly Launcher via MO2 and tick Prefetch sounds
6. If you have a beefy GPU, use Anomaly (DX11) (no avx)

3. Click Install / Update G.A.M.M.A. and wait for the install process to be done;

This procedure does not remove saves, you're not going to re-download everything from scratch and it will not delete your progress, your saves are safe.
The launcher will simply check every mod in the pack, reinstall or fix them if you have red crosses and any mod that need to be updated - will be updated.

@muted kraken If you are failing to download all the mods and still don't have #📍577-mods-in-mo2, then ensure you are doing the mandatory steps below:

• Completely disable your antivirus software for the duration of installation. Do not enable it again until you have a working install. For more information, go to #🤖bot-commands and type !antivirus;
• Exclude both your Anomaly and Gamma folders in Windows Defender. To learn how to do this, go to #🤖bot-commands and type !defender;
• Once the above steps are done, ensure you have the latest launcher as seen in #💽how-to-update and start it as administrator.

If the above steps still do not solve your issue, then verify your hosts file by going to #🤖bot-commands and typing !hosts. If that still does not work then connect to a VPN and try again.

If none of that works, then make sure your game is installed at the root of whatever drive you are using, e.g.: C:\Gamma, D:\Gamma - notice that there are no periods between the letters...

Do not install on an external hard drive!

When i change it everything seems fine but when I zoom with my scope it goes back to where it was with hud-fov. @keen cedar no, I have the default modlist. The only thing I have changed was unticking "campfire saves only" so that I can save anywhere like the originals. It started doing it like 4 days ago haha. No matter what the multitool health is when I log off it is always back to 100% when I launch the game. The guns I have equipped, the parts all go back to 99%. It does NOT repair new weapon parts though. I tested by shooting my shotgun until the parts were below 99. Saved, closed, and relaunched. Parts were back to 99. A new gun with shit parts.. nothing happens. It only seems to affect weapons that I have worked on myself.

If the steps from above didn't work, try this fix instead:

2. In Mod Organizer 2, click on File -> Install mod
3. Find wherever you saved the Jubs_Low_Texture_Red_Dots.rar file.
4. Click “OK”. Name it however you want. It will be at the very end of the mod list.

I did a hard copy of the MCM folder in mods, which had the axr_options, but now if I try to copy it back after update it makes a dest error. So I thought, lets just redo all settings, and it's fine, but now nothing is saved in this folder ?? It's empty, although my MCM settings are saved. hey, question. I had a backup of gamma and 1.5.2. (for when I wanted to come back to gamma) which I can copy paste and it works. But if I try update it with the gamma launcher 4.2.0.0 it seems to break it.

My guess is 1.5.2 is OK, but when I upgrade gamma I am only getting 440 mods instead of 444, should I re-download the gamma portion of the installaiton guide to get the 6.0.0.0 launcher ? Or perhaps 4.2.0.0 should be able to get 444 mods and im simply doing something wrong?

1.) Go to your GAMMA\downloads folder and delete ScreenSpaceShaders_Updatex.x.zip (x.x. means version number, and yes delete them all if you have multiple of those zip files)
