You could always try to update but starting fresh might be best.

You could always install a second instance of gamma if you want to keep your modded copy.

Followed rules for new install and just hit to install, things frozen and command console says this, is this bad or do I just need to wait for the install to unfreeze?

If you have "dubious ownership" error, do the following:

1. First try to close the Gamma launcher, and run it as administrator again, click install/update and see if the error is gone.
2. If it doesn’t work, close Gamma launcher and go to GAMMA/Grok's modpack installer/resources and launch git-bash.exe
3. Copy and paste the indicated command line from the gamma launcher black window ('git config --global --add ...') to the git-bash.exe window and press enter. (picture for reference below.)

• Note: Pay attention to what you copy, if the line has spaces in-front, or is missing characters at the end, the fix will not work.

4. Now close the git-bash and run GAMMA Launcher as administrator again and click install.
5. You might have to do this for the 3 git folders, aka:

So i don't know that I'm missing, but I'm trying to move gamma/anomaly over to my ssd (since I stupidly installed it on my hard drive), I have it formatted correctly and i have the long path names thing on in the registry editor, yet I'm still getting the "destination path too long" error preventing me from fully transferring both folders to my other drive.

Hello stalkers, I am looking for info about the Body Dots Minimap mod in gamma and how to enable it. I saw that it is included in gamma but it doesn't seem to be active and I am unable to find any menu regarding it in the MCM or regular settings menu. I cant expand the shaders category in MO2 (no arrow on the left side), is this normal? same issue with the stashes category on the default profile, on my custom profile (same as default except for "169- Body Dots on Minimap - RavenAscendant" activated) i can expand the stashes category. Anybody know why this is?

Apparently the issue is something to do with the user.ltx file. The FPS issue gets fixed when I replace it with the one in the "GAMMA.Grok's Modpack Installer\G.A.M.M.A\modpack_patches\appdata" folder before I restart the game. Oh and when the issue is occurring my GPU is using 97-100% utilization nonstop when in-game, but whenever I don't have the issue the game doesn't even get close to 100% usage.

A couple of questions for you:

1. Do you have #📍577-mods-in-mo2 (read channel name)?
2. Are you using latest GAMMA launcher, not the installer? (in \.Grok's Modpack Installer\) (version 6.0 is the newest)

Probably after 2 reinstalls the error would indicate to be of external influence as another helper said back there, but i am not using anything really that could modify the games launch, also uninstalled Mcafee as it was placing in quarantine random files

i get no flags on the modb page and when hit run the anomaly launcher does start, but then just closes without showing any type of error message

Like I said, UNISG is not compatible with story mode. It has its own story, story mode check box enables the main story for other factions. I'm honestly surprised you lasted 20-30 hours on that save without crashing sooner.

I disabled 329- Fair Fast Travel by Catspaw because it crashed my game when i right click in my PDA. Forgot to mention that one. If I walk to Army Warehouses from rostok or if I hire a guide to take me there it'll crash. Debug mode fast travel also doesnt work. They all crash in the same manner. It loads right up until it would display the "[Press any button to continue]" and it crashes

Need some help with this. Updated launcher to v6, have both 1.5.1 Anomaly and 1.5.2 patch installed as well as GAMMA install, have the Anomaly and Gamma installs in different folders, deselected "MD5" and "Force Git Download" in Gamma launcher, hit "Update/Install" button in Gamma launcher, ran to test in both Directx10 and DIrectx11 to open Mod Organizer, boot up actual game from the default "Anomaly launcher" selected in Mod Organizer with the standard 446 mods installed without altering them, and every time I start a new run I crash and get this

No the installer downloaded the 329 -Fast Travel by Catspaw. I made sure it was in its defualt position (enabled). The game no-longer crashed upon clicking inside the PDA like it had on day 1 which caused me to disable it.

Hey guys, maybe someone can help me with this. The game keeps on crashing with the message (on the screen) about missing weapon sks. I used the search on the server and found a method suggesting to delete the bigfiles and download default ones from the megaupload server and update the game after this. This can be attributed to a common free zoom bug. When you die or do some other specific actions while free zoom is enabled it will lock your fov to that and you have to manually set it back to default: 80 and 0.65

Then if you don't reset that and trigger the bug it will just lower your field of view again.

basically, if it happens, reset your FOV to the default values above ⬆️

I've restarted my game (basically opening the game back up after taking a break from it) about 2 times since I started playing GAMMA, 1st restart I was in the Rookie Hideout, 2nd restart I was at the Farmstead (the one right above and by the Freedom Base)

The issue occurs no matter what either with a small or big stash/inventory and even in the Rookie Hideout

I've not messed with anything in the NVIDIA Control Panel for GAMMA

I'm not on the latest graphics driver as the 545 driver that NVIDIA's released is filled with bugs that end up hurting performance with applications/games.
