If you have installation issues related to github errors (for instance "untracked working tree files" "Aborted" errors) in the V6 GAMMA Launcher black window, do this (the result should look like the picture below):

• Go to the GAMMA/.Grok's Modpack Installer/resources folder (GAMMA being the folder where you have GAMMA's ModOrganizer2 installed) and delete the 3 following folders: gamma_large_files_v2, Stalker_GAMMA and teivaz_anomaly_gunslinger (highlighted in the image below).
• Download this: https://gofile.io/d/E6Q79Y
• Cut and paste or drag and drop the installer_resources.7z in the folder GAMMA/.Grok's Modpack Installer/resources
• Right-click installer_resources.7z > 7-Zip > Extract Here . This should look like the image below once the extraction is done.
• Launch the GAMMA V6 Launcher from your desktop and click the "Install/Update" button.
• Delete the installer_resources.7z once the update is successful to save some space on your drive.

1. Do you have #📍577-mods-in-mo2 (read channel name)?
2. Are you using latest GAMMA launcher, not the installer? (in \.Grok's Modpack Installer\) (version 6.0 is the newest)
3. Do you see any ❌ in MO2 under Flags next to any mods (like the image)?

If you have already updated to 1.5.2 and still having problems, it means you did something wrong.

1. Download the 1.5.2 update from here: https://www.moddb.com/mods/stalker-anomaly/downloads/stalker-anomaly-151-to-152
2. Open the archive, you'll see 4 folders and a text file
3. SELECT the content of this archive (4 folders and a .txt file)
4. DRAG AND DROP the content of this archive inside your Anomaly folder
5. OVERWRITE EVERYTHING when asked to do so
6. Open the G.A.M.M.A. launcher with admin rights
7. Uncheck every box in the launcher

Hello! Good evening and merry xmas everyone.

I did a GAMMA install from scratch, 446 mods, no crashing issues, etc. But now my FOV, HUD FOV and my mouse sensitivity (in game) keep changing values every time I ads or vault (parkour mod).

I already changed my user.ltx values through notepad++ and set it to read only. Someone else told me to turn off enhanced recoil effects and restart - both have not worked.

Anyone have any ideas?

i fixed it! simple fix. just run GAMMA as admin. thought it was already set up to run as admin but for anyone having the same issue this is what fixed mine!!! thanks for letting me talk it out and merry christmas and happy holidays to you all!

Not sure were else to put this but the ak104 alpha and ak74u tactician have a sight bug where when you aim down sights it will play the animation and then "snap" into the correct position instead of being a smooth animation.

If you have "dubious ownership" error, do the following:
0. First try to close the launcher, and launch it as admin and click install/update and see if the error is gone.

1. If it doesn’t work. Go to GAMMA/Grok's modpack installer/resources and launch git-bash.exe
2. Copy and paste the indicated command line from the gamma launcher black window ('git config --global --add ...') to the git-bash.exe window and press enter.
3. Launch GAMMA Launcher again and click install.
4. You might have to do this for the 3 git folders, aka Stalker_GAMMA, gamma_large_files_v2 and teivaz_anomaly_gunslinger

If you have already updated to 1.5.2 and still having problems, it means you did something wrong.

1. Download the 1.5.2 update from here: https://www.moddb.com/mods/stalker-anomaly/downloads/stalker-anomaly-151-to-152
2. Open the archive, you'll see 4 folders and a text file
3. SELECT the content of this archive (4 folders and a .txt file)
4. DRAG AND DROP the content of this archive inside your Anomaly folder
5. OVERWRITE EVERYTHING when asked to do so
6. Open the G.A.M.M.A. launcher with admin rights
7. Uncheck every box in the launcher
8. Click on Install / Update G.A.M.M.A.

I have tried to extract GAMMA RC3 3 times to my Gamma folder on my c drive and every single time I do I get errors I turned off my windows defender stuff i reinstalled the filetwice

I think the issue is with one of the weapon mods. My friend had a issue like yours and is was something to do with BaS. I would say try to run an update and see if it fixes a file that might be messed up.

it's ok, you can always just do the Install/Update in Launcher with all the boxes UNticked, it will reset your modlist to default

and then just enable DART (it will remain at the bottom of your modlist, Gamma launcher doesn't delete your custom added mods, just disables them)

AVX is a way for your CPU to do calculations on a large array of data simultaneously. This is the same kind of job GPUs are primarily meant for.
So if your GPU is decent, AVX is (in most cases) outclassed by the GPU itself. Best way to know which is better for you, personally, is to try both versions and see what does or doesn't crash/performs better.

After updating, your mod list is set to default. If you load up a game just after an update then this will happen. You need to a) enable the mods you had before and this means all the mods you had enabled/installed before or b) start a new game with the default modlist

Well, that is fucking annoying. I decided to delete the entire gamma folder, even though it took me ages to get it to the point it should run but doesn't. But the launcher still doesn't work as it should after updating it from v5 to v6 because of "fetch-pack: unexpected disconnect while reading sideband packet

Check your internet connection, that's a sign that your internet connection may not be entirely stable OR there is an issue at some point between you & github (this part none of us can control or fix)

Mostly github as far as I'm aware, I had severe troubles and multiple attempts to download the gunslinger for anomaly folder from github directly. It keeps randomly stopping and the download cannot be resumed, instead it has to be started again from scratch.

Though the launcher when it was at v5 downloaded things without a hitch.

As long as your connection isn't the internet equivalent of two tin cans and a rope then it's likely github is experiencing the issue. You can try using a VPN to set you to a different region to reroute how you are connecting to github but I am not sure that will work

• Increase texture detail to 3/4 or 4/4, or enter texture_lod 0 in the in-game console, and then restart the game.

If the steps from above didn't work, try this fix instead:

1. Download the mod from #🔨base-gamma-support message
2. In Mod Organizer 2, click on File -> Install mod
3. Find wherever you saved the Jubs_Low_Texture_Red_Dots.rar file.
4. Click “OK”. Name it however you want. It will be at the very end of the mod list.
5. Enable this mod.

If you have installation issues related to github errors (for instance "untracked working tree files" "Aborted" errors) in the V6 GAMMA Launcher black window, do this (the result should look like the picture below):

1. Do you have #📍577-mods-in-mo2 (read channel name)?
2. Are you using latest GAMMA launcher, not the installer? (in \.Grok's Modpack Installer\) (version 6.0 is the newest)
