If you experience Fatal Error mentioning act_eyeball_6.dds : switch to DX11. If you can't afford running DX11 for whatever reason - disable Lurker HD Remodel in MO2.

This is borderline gameplay, but I installed latest minipatch today that I think just added one mod to the list. I have merc voicelines and doom aniamtions turned off, enabled fps stutter-- That's all of the changes. Now I realised that I was in Lab x-18 taking a quick respite due to RL stuff, used a Daddy Save to go AFK fast and I realised it did a regular quicksave.. This normal..?

Anybody know how to enable companion teleporting? Rebound the key to something unused but it just does not do anything at all

@cunning copper You need to enable a mod in MO2: Quick Companion Teleport

When you're in game, press J (you probably want to change this keybind to something else or remove it from the taskboard function, because it is used for both).

Be sure to be close to them, 200m is the maximum distance you can be far from them, don't go over 300m.
Also, if their health bar is grey, that means that you're far from them and they won't "hear" you.
You'll need to get more close to them, sometimes you'll need to be right next to them in order to "teleport" them.

If you don't want to enable the mod, then you can also just tell them to follow you and then go sleep in a bed, it should work. Be sure to be close to them because they still need to "hear you".

If you have already updated to 1.5.2 and still having problems, it means you did something wrong.

  1. Download the 1.5.2 update from here: https://www.moddb.com/mods/stalker-anomaly/downloads/stalker-anomaly-151-to-152
  2. Open the archive, you'll see 4 folders and a text file
  3. SELECT the content of this archive (4 folders and a .txt file)
  4. DRAG AND DROP the content of this archive inside your Anomaly folder
  5. OVERWRITE EVERYTHING when asked to do so
  6. Open the G.A.M.M.A. launcher with admin rights
  7. Uncheck every box in the launcher

Hey yall I updated the game with unticking all the 4 things in that launcher thing because my game kept crashing without showing me an error message. No matter what i did it almost felt like after a certain period of time, it just threw me out of the game. I always played on dx8, just like how i wanted to do so after updating and it wont let me in the game showing me this crash log. Can anyone help?

Hello all, I updated the game with the new vityaz and started a new game. I can whip out my knife but when i pull out the vityaz it does not show and the knife as well, as if my arms ar gone. mod status shows all updated. what could be the issue?

@arctic bloom To bring your mod list, settings and keybinds back to default, inverting any changes made by you:

1) Open the G.A.M.M.A. Launcher with admin rights
2) Uncheck every box
3) Click on Install / Update G.A.M.M.A

Note: If you wish to keep your keybinds and graphical settings, go to Anomaly\appdata and backup user.ltx.

  2. Are you using latest GAMMA launcher, not the installer? (in /.Grok's Modpack Installer\) (version 5.0 is the newest)

GAMMA comes with a portable version of MO2 in the GAMMA folder, you should have got it when you extracted the GAMMA RC3.7z folder. Always run that version of MO2 (this is what the Play) button in the GAMMA Launcher does)

  1. Go to the link(s) the Helper has provided above (or below).
  2. Download the mod file(s) from moddb. DO NOT EXTRACT.
  3. Place every archive you downloaded into your \GAMMA\downloads folder. Overwrite if needed.
  4. Run the GAMMA Launcher as admin. Make sure only β€œForce zip extraction” is enabled.

the only available fix costs a lot of resources, this is available in the modded exe section in game, check the "mutant stuck fix" and watch your framerate die

Has anyone run into an CTD while re-entering Great Swamps? This occurs from all transition points in all adjacent maps. I am able to enter the level transition triggering the loading screen, but the game crashes before it displays "Press key to enter the zone". Full system freeze (no caps-lock light on/off) for a minute or two, then able to access desktop again. I have tried resetting clocks to stock. This started happening before the Anniversary update, updating did not remedy. Any ideas? I attached the log to aid in troubleshooting, I hope that is okay! πŸ™‚

I think I found the cause of blackscreens currently - user.ltx, the variable r__heatvision MUST be zero. Older user.ltx files can have this set to 1.

I have not installed any of the hotfixes since the GAMMA 0.9.1 - 2nd Anniversary Patch. (For weapons) The main condition not raising after putting in new parts is normal (now). Restore the main condition with a respective cleaning kit. Then I like to swap to the other generic cleaning/repair stuff to bring it back to 100%.

I can't recall if I got kicked out of the menu after repairing/swapping or not.

Alright. So yesterday I left off at 23pm on a good note on 2k resolution and 120 fps in rostok.

hi. i tried downloading gamma a few days ago, but i cancelled my download bcs i didn't have the time. now i wanted to resume it, so i had to download it again, but no matter what browser i use, the download just stops after 30 seconds at 0% (chrome says ''resuming'', opera gx gives me a question mark under file name). did i do something wrong?

you seem to be right, however while confirming this i have noticed that there are two binds - one in default controls, one in Press Key to Drop Item mod (MCM); i believe the latter allows you to perhaps drop items from your inventory, while the default one allows you to drop the item you're holding, however both seem to be accepting other keys (LShift is default for the latter and i was able to change it)

1.) Go to your GAMMA\downloads folder and delete Atmospherics_GAMMA_x.x.zip (x.x. means version number, and yes delete them all if you have multiple of those zip files)

2.) Download the mod file from moddb. DO NOT EXTRACT.
3.) Place it into your GAMMA\downloads folder.

don't... press... shift + F5? check in mod config menu -> YACS to see if you can turn it off or add a delay, but the entire point of those are emergency saves in case real life intervenes

2) Copy these four folders (check pic)
3) Go to your Anomaly folder

It won't delete your save files.

If you have already updated to 1.5.2 and still having problems, it means you did something wrong.

stack trace errors are really hard to fix sometimes since they are so generic. You should make sure your windows user has FULL permissions of both your Anomaly and GAMMA folders since thats clearly a secondary drive in your computer.

Have you tried entering rostok from a different location or by fast traveling in?

  • Increase texture detail to 3/4 or 4/4, or enter texture_lod 0 in the in-game console, and then restart the game.

If the steps from above didn't work, try this fix instead:

  1. Download the mod from #πŸ”¨base-gamma-support message
  2. In Mod Organizer 2, click on File -> Install mod
  3. Find wherever you saved the Jubs_Low_Texture_Red_Dots.rar file.
  4. Click β€œOK”. Name it however you want. It will be at the very end of the mod list.
  5. Enable this mod.
