Additionally nosorog armor has an requirement of Scavenging LV.17 in order to not get despawned by the game
Stashes don't have any restrictions, however they can at best spawn proto-exoskeletons

Where to find the exo repair kit recipe:
Exoskeleton Repair Kit craft recipe can be found with 4% chance when looting stalkers of:
Monolith, Sin, UNISG and Mercenaries of Master or Legend rank
other factions (except Renegades) of Legend rank
In order to craft the repair kit you will need to find Expert Tools`
