So, I got an idea for an event based cosmetic, it's called Busó and is related to a Hungarian tradition named Busójárás, which is held usually in february (from the end of the Carnival season until the day before Ash Wednesday) This tradition has 2 origins, one is for scaring away the Turks during the Ottoman times in Hungary, the other is for scaring away Winter. (there's more info on wikipedia, I can't explain it well enough ^^'')
This idea was my plan B when I thought about the Hungarian cosmetic, but decided against it 'cuz it could be mistaken for a Japanese demon.

I'd be inclined to agree, if it were something that gave a gameplay advantage. You could make a similar argument about the exclusive cosmetics that came with the plushes, as they were pretty dang expensive as plushes go.
I might also be inclined to agree if the game were a paid game as opposed to free.

I fully agree it is somewhat unfair with location based. I have played ggd for a year and during that year have spendt 600usd so far, but if I wanted to get the irl cosmetics I would have to spend upwards of 800-900usd just to go to usa for a weekend which logically I just can't afford.

We don't often give out firm dates because it's either going to be a lie if we're wrong, or it'll be a rushed product that might sacrifice quality for speed. The current selection of colours were chosen to be colourblind-friendly, as I understand it. Adding in various shades will make it even harder for people when describing the colour. (It's bad enough when people say just "green" when there are three that can fit that description.)

but right if im not wrong, (towards me ah) it can be quite confusing since it is quite common for ppl to say "vote pink" or smth and if thr are multiple pinks, it can confuse the whole server and not everyone can differentiate the colours well and hence it may lead them to vote wrongly

as previously mentioned people often refer to color when trying to out a duck, all in all it's just a color and you can always pick another one

As soon as it's ready! The gaggle team develop quickly, and we release patches fairly often. We don't often give out firm dates because it's either going to be a lie if we're wrong, or it'll be a rushed product that might sacrifice quality for speed. This could translate into releasing something without sufficient testing and creating lots of bugs for the game.

If you find none of that explanation sufficient, as Herbert always says, today we are one day closer than yesterday.
