I know people have been wondering where I went. I am only going to say this once: my life has changed a lot since I first started playing GGD. Initially, I was neither working nor going to school, so I had ample free time to devote to GGD. Eventually, I got a part time job and had to reduce my involvement. Now, I work a full time job and live on my own. The amount of free time I have is limited, and staying involved with GGD the way I used to would take most of my free time, and I have other hobbies and interests.

Despite seeing several complaints about the guides I once spent tens of hours keeping up to date, I have yet to see someone step forward and offer to become a co-author on them to help keep them up to date, which I would be open to doing for the right person.

Thank you again to all the great people in this community. I have learned a lot and grown as a person these past few years.

Y'all have this silly moments where you're a dodo and saw the killers but you're willing to keep their identity hidden?

I once was a dodo and 1#, the sheriff, came to me and asked for my role(that's how I knew they're sheriff) so I panicked and calmed myself and claimed avenger so I don't get shot. And they killed someone in front of me so I can "kill" which I chased someone and they called a meeting

#

The 2nd round where I spawned in the sun room and suddenly the person I spawned with morphed and they panicked and said "oh no! I misclicked!"...I had this opportunity to snitch and get the morphling but I felt bad about their mistake so I said "you know what? I won't snitch, you can go and murder someone" They thanked me and said they won't kill me for my generosity...

Minutes later, I was walking with the sheriff, claiming i just want them to make me kill someone(I don't wanna get shot), until we ran into morphling...who disguised themselves as the sheriff...

The sheriff killed them and geese won...

If you are a goose:
Your objective is to either eliminate all the ducks or to complete enough tasks as a team to fill the task meter completely. Usually the geese eliminate players by voting them out during a meeting. If a player gets a majority of votes, they are eliminated.

If you are a duck:
Your objective is to eliminate enough players so that the number of living ducks is equal to the number of living non-ducks (i.e. they become impossible to vote out). Depending on the map, there can also be sabotages that end the game in an instant duck victory if not resolved.

If you are a neutral role:
You are a solo player with a unique objective. The exact goal changes depending on the role you got, ranging from being voted out in a meeting to being the last living player left.

I tried pokemon pocket, much prefer tcg live. Never really was one for "mini" versions of games. Had a similar attitude to Yugioh Duel Links. If I was a lot more into the collection aspect of tcgs, I would probably be more into it.

Exit and then relaunch the game, but don't forget to copy the code of the room you're in. If they're still offline after doing so, they're actually offline.
Personally, I've developed a habit of exiting and relaunching the game after leaving lobbies for this reason specifically, and because of that, I don't have this problem at all 😁

Anyone else think Birdwatcher is bustedly good, and hate it when people whine about this role even though it's actually really good? 😄

Last night I clutched a game as Birdwatcher on Manor watching them unlock and then activate sabotages. I saw every one. I saw that in addition to the one connecting dots in the fire sabotage.

People are too harsh in how much they think Birdwatcher and Astral suck. They don't. As Astral, I've been able to identify who the ducks and/or Pelican is real easy with these roles.

Birdwatcher and Astral are some of the best roles in the game.

In Draft, I will pick them every time I have the choice.

#

I can spy on you through walls when you think you're alone and as clandestine as you will, or I can watch you eating people following you with my spooky scary ghosty. Birdwatcher or Astral, I will clutch the game. 😄

Why? WHY?are these roles so hated!?

It hurts my soul when pepole complain about getting something like Birdwatcher on a map where it's really useful.

Birdwatcher on Nexus is pretty good, just need to know where to look and hide
Sadly most of the lobbies I play in either play classic and won't enable it or play draft with it disabled

Fun fact: one time I was a duck and I know birdwatcher exist so I went to the leaf pile and cornered myself to make sure I look like I am doing leaves and not doing the light sabo
