My friends and I are making a GGD IRL video, and I am curious how much the Gaggle team cares if their game assets, audio, and music are used in ways such as this one (non-commercial ways). How much do you guys mind if we acquire images, sound bits, and/or music via recording parts of gameplay and editing the clip to isolate an image/asset? (such as green screening the celebrity kill notification to paste into the video, recording the sound of a body being reported, etc.) Is downloading GGD images off the internet also okey-dokey with the crew?

The dragon head is going to be treated as a mask that goes over the eyes. The pairings that are to be separated on release will be these sets. While also converting the eyes (i.e. dilated pupils, heart eyes) to actual eyes

Falcon x Crow should just follow the same win/lose conditions as Pelican x Crow since the win conditions are the same for both

Pelican just has the slight difference of being able to eat the lobby, making the Crows job harder once they kill them

As soon as it's ready! The gaggle team develop quickly, and we release patches fairly often. We don't often give out firm dates because it's either going to be a lie if we're wrong, or it'll be a rushed product that might sacrifice quality for speed. This could translate into releasing something without sufficient testing and creating lots of bugs for the game.

If you find none of that explanation sufficient, as Herbert always says, today we are one day closer than yesterday.

Yeah I mean in classic mode, with more than one duck - I've done that settings yes. Do all other Duck roles prioritize over lovers? Meaning you'll never get a lover duck if there's other duck roles available? That would really suck if that's the case

I just think duck lover is funny/cool and I've yet to manage to get it to happen in a lobby I host even with 2-3 ducks, and lovers enabled in classic

Lovers isn't a duck role you can check specifically. So you could have 3 ducks, 2 duck roles, and lovers, and it could be two geese lovers and a duck becomes a basic goose.

My game crashed while I was playing, I reconnected, and a meeting was called shortly after. Nobody was displayed as dead to me, and I could hear one of the dead players (who was just reported) who had been partied that round, but nobody else could hear them. It was bizarre.

Out of curiosity, what made the developers decide to go from escape rooms to making a free-roam social deduction game (I refuse to call it among us-like, AU only pioneered the free-roam social deduction genre, not monopolized it)

Gaggle's focus has always been social gaming and bringing peeps together We started with escape games because thats what we did pre-pandemic.
One day we decided we wanted to try bringing that aspect to other genres and GGD was too fun not to share

How does kicking somone work? i have been booted from lobbies and i cant rejoin. But I was playing the other day and someone kept rejoining under a new name and yelling profanities. he was kicked out 3 times but was still able to rejoin each time. I wasn't the host.

When someone is kicked they cannot rejoin that same lobby unless the host pardons them. If the host moves to a new lobby, the kicked person could join the new lobby. If you encounter a player violating the terms of service, please try to provide a video (or screenshots if the violating behavior was in the in-game text chat) in a ZenDesk ticket following the instructions in #troubleshooting-and-bug-reports

You can help the team figure this out by creating a bug report in-game when you return to the lobby after you have experienced a bug. This would be through the gear menu and the Bug Report option. If you cannot create a bug report in game, you can follow the instructions in #troubleshooting-and-bug-reports to create a ticket with the support team
