Yes, the stingers are the animations that play after you're killed.

Each themed map has a different set of 5 kill animations, with at least one unlocked per theme.

From what I know about it, it will also restart the microphone service and register it to the game again, which sometimes helps in cases where the game has not picked up your microphone

We don't often give out firm dates because it's either going to be a lie if we're wrong, or it'll be a rushed product that might sacrifice quality for speed. Is there a way for me to join even if I got kicked because my friend wants me back but we can’t do anything about it. Is there a way for me to join a game if it’s kicked

Yes I know that it doesn't tell you the number of neutrals/ducks anymore in lobby and only when you load into the map but the roles themselves used to pop up along with the question marks in the info i button in the lobby and they don't anymore.

If people random it just shows up as question marks yes. But the confirmed roles that have been selected don't show up anymore on the info i list in the lobby. There's only the question mark and nothing else. I just wanted to know if that was intended.

So like if you see Player 2 select Vigilante then Vigilante used to be listed on the info button but it isn't anymore.
