I really liked that "rogue" outfit on Palia's website. Gives me hope we'll get some real good outfit selections

Even though this isn't a MMORPG like WoW, I would really like to dress up my character like that rogue on the website, or dress up in hooded leather and mimic a hunter when foraging in Palia.

Yes. We’ll have multiple Alphas and Betas as we develop towards launch. We don’t know when yet, as it’s dependent on how our testing goes. We expect to receive a lot of great feedback for improvements that we would want to take action on—and that means we would need more time to develop and implement these features. We want to make sure we can make Palia the best it can be.

So, may be a while before the first beta test. It all depends on the feedback and their thoughts after each test run.

Thinking on this. I don't... even really know how they could incorporate foliage changes and seasons at the same time. Considering it's an MMO, everybody would have to somehow sync their farming with the weather and that's sounds annoying as heck. Maybe they could add changes to like, a few designated wild stuff, but then seasons would still be weird if everybodies plants are just utterly indifferent to the weather.

If they opt for seasonal areas rather than the whole game having to adapt to seasonal changes. They may use the adventure zones to do these changes.
