earl grey really isn't for me 😄 I really like milky oolong, but sometimes I'm in a mood for black tea, specially if I'm studying or I have it with breakfast, for example. When I feel like I'm having too much caffeine, I'd go for chamomile tea or also ivan chai

chai. I used to drink the Stash Organic Chai but they discontinued it and I’ve been having a hard time finding a good quality black tea chai that’s in tea bags. Most of them are just the chai spices.

Being able to make different teas and coffees in Palia would be cool~ I’m sure some people would love role playing as baristas.

when I was hiking in Japan, some mountain tops (not extremely tall ones, less than 1000 meters usually) had vending machines there, with heated drinks. Gotta give it to you coffee people, a warm latte at the top of a hill at the sunset was pretty nice

Apparently because it's either derived from a Sinitic word or from a Min Nan word (the former is North China, the latter is South China). "te" went to Southern Asia and the Netherlands, then spread across Europe, and "cha" spread to Korea and Japan and then to Persia, from where it went to India, Turkey, Northern Africa and Russia!

Yeah those are the things I enjoy as well. I love to go for long hikes here along the trails. We moved from the suburbs several years ago to the countryside and are very close to the mountains and there's so much beauty here. Such a vast difference. We have large lakes nearby as well. Lot's of good fishing, boating, it's been a world of change in lifestyle and I enjoy every minute of it.

Even took up canoeing and kayaking! 😏

Being able to paint and make clothes are amongst the suggestions in #game-suggestions we have made to them. We do have an npc tailor named Jel, but we don't know for definite whether making your own clothing will be something we can do .. at least at the moment. They are still in alpha so not everything is complete and able to be publicised yet.

We do have furniture making and cooking as the crafting like elements with a bunch of gathering elements like woodcutting, hunting and stone cutting

Yes, at the moment they haven't given us much information on the neighbourhood system but, being a community orientated game I suspect it will be more than a regular mmo guild.

And yes, if you haven't signed up for testing yet, you might want to, to see what they have done so far and offer suggestions. In the mean time, you can still offer suggestions but they will be more based on what you would like rather than, this is cool but what if you did this... type thing.

I am fascinated to see what the neighbourhood will be like on game release and beyond .. as based on this comment from a website that was present at a preview event it sounds like it could be interesting
I did ask if the equivalent of guildhalls would be part of Neighborhoods? They said that there are so many features for the neighborhood system, and it would need a separate presentation session.

I don't know how and probably never will but that one got out, probably by climbing over the other one, and ended up falling out of the thing and down below

I did have a kitten a long time ago too
And that one was even more audacious
Got up onto the roof (this was 7 floors up) and nearly slipped off the edge

Don't be sad like I said the turtle survived for a whole week

That same roof also housed a flock of pigeons and a bunny pair that produced dozens of babies every year
