no, at least for the moment they are not asking for money to buy your way into testing. You will have to wait until your name is selected when they choose groups of testers when they have test cycles. We just finished Alpha 1. With more tests coming this year, so cross your fingers and look for that lucky clover and hope you are selected when the next groups are selected 🤞

As to a reward .. this was asked back in July last year and was answered as follows:

8. Will Pre-Alpha testers get a reward for having played it?

If you are referring to an in-game reward, no. Given how small the pre-alpha will be, it felt unfair to everyone who expressed interest but wasn’t able to get in due to luck.

You know I've always been utterly uncomfortable with the colours blue and red. Red has a large wavelength which is easy on the eyes, and is why it's used at night for stuff and in old photo darkrooms rooms. On the other hand blue is a sharp colour and is garish and known for keeping you awake. That said, red is a very violent and powerful/fiery colour, while blue is cold, still and peaceful... 1 hour of real time = 24 hours in the game. So you'll have 15 minutes of morning, 15 minutes of afternoon, 15 minutes of evening, 15 minutes of night.

Depends if your talking in house or public waves. And it's also depending on the vision of the game something like this has never been tried before at least not in my experience. So I should imagine there will be alot of testing. I personally think, if done right, this type of game could change how we look at gaming. Typically though about 3 public alpha tests is what your aiming for as a dev company. Getting all this info from google btw I know nothing on the topic just research and educated guessing XD

I have red squirrels at my place. Last spring there was a baby that was watching me walk my dog from under a bush. My dog saw it and chased it so the poor thing fell down a "cliff" (My yard is higher than the neighbors and so it's a small cliff). When I was walking back to my house I saw the baby had climbed up a tree and when it saw me it let out a sad cry. I think my dog traumatized the poor thing, XD

Yeah, it's too bad. Many here have expressed their desire to buy and/or subscribe to play, but monetizing in game items often ruins games and leads to extra in game advertisements all players have to see even if they don't care to.

Some games that have tried this simply failed. Some games make it work...but it still often takes advantage of a minority of players and invites more toxic behavior.

I'd rather see no ads and only access items to buy if I choose to. Hopefully they will at least do this...but their ultimate goal is to profit it seems. 😦

I do really want to see this game succeed! I'm excited to try it! I just don't ever like to see free to play...because it invites the worst, most toxic, immature kids to play and forces me to see ads. It also takes away from development of core features because they are designing two systems, one of them which they rely on for profit.
