The only other mmo's I've played recently were Genshin Impact and Fallout 76. I had to stop playing 76 because the more updates they've kept adding, the more it made the game laggier. Genshin is a really good free to play game if you don't mind grinding but I stopped simply because I would have to be a slave to the game to get where I want to be.

Interesting take on many options and how you would like to see them in the game and I'm not avoiding commenting on the majority of your list, but I haven't seen what the developers have planned yet so I haven’t commented a lot on how I would like housing to be yet.

The reason I wanted to dig into your first post a little more was due to how you were making the suggestion that singular/solo players should have restrictions on how they craft, grow crops, build houses etc
I was curious why you would want to apply such limitations? I think I understand your reasoning and that wants to drive players together in communities to help them grow. Correct?
I think that communities will grow on their own by offering a large variety of items, services, materials, foods..etc. In turn even the player who chooses to build their house in the forest, up a mountain or in the middle of a dessert will have to come into town for supplies they cannot craft or choose not to craft on their own. They will have resources they have mined, or crafted, or blueprints generated to trade with the village/town/city. This is an over simplified view of what the commerce could be. But this doesn’t mean that a person who chooses to be outside of a ‘village’ limit should be penalized again for not being with a large group of people.

I like the idea that the more someone trades in a particular town the more their ‘reputation/fame/standing’ would increase. Also if they help craft particular buildings that have material request lists up that would help their reputation as well… if this is even a thing. As I said it is hard to make suggestions when you are blind to what the dev’s are up to.

So the long explanation but really the idea is a simpler one. Even the people who might be considered outsiders just on the edge of town or on the mountain side, should have some mechanism to participate with one or many villages and gain some sort of benefits from doing so. Someone needs to Sheppard the flock of ‘sheep/ram’ looking animals in the wilds 😉

I see what you're saying and I agree that solo players shouldn't be penalized
but the way you propose it I dont see why anyone would be incentivized to be in a neighbourhood/guild with other players
I'm not saying outright banning some products/services to be granted to solo players, but instead making their yield of this product lower than what a big guild would have, that way solo players would still be able to produce everything, just at a lower rate. I'm not talking about villages or town as in NPC controlled one, what I mean is totally just guilds with other players we understand that right?
