Nah, every scam that includes russian is smarter than your average scam. Once I lost access to my steam account. I opened the app and there was window saying there's something wrong with my account and I need to relog. And because it was steam window, I did. I was unable to sign in using my password, so I thought "well its been some time from the last time I had to sign in" and I assumed I forgot the password. So I clicked "reset password". Here's where it is so easy to fall for it: steam shows you part of the email the reset link will be sent to, and it caught my attention that the domain of the mail was "@y********" and the only domain starting with "y" that I know of is yahoo - site on which I never owned an account.
Bastards got into my account, changed it's recovery email and password and wanted me to send a reset link.
Steam support helped me tho.

Unlikely to be that soon as they need time to apply any changes suggested by the first test group. They may announce a time frame for invites soon (they said they would give us plenty of notice) but the actual test time may be a few weeks or even months away

Every brain is different. The best thing I could think to do myself in that situation would be to clear my mind and go to my nothing box. Try to block out the sensations and stop the overload. This is what I do when I get a migraine. It isn't easy, but it does help me reduce the pain of the migraine.

Yeah I do the same with my bloodpressure levels .. I have destress myself to bring it back down .. it helps .. especially before injections ( I hate needles ) and blood pressure tests themselves ( they hurt )

OK, @remote latch. Here's what I'm taking from that picture. Amelia pointed out the "bowl" is whole and not broken in that concept art, yet it's broken in all other arts/gameplay footage. Based on past developer responses, I am definitely not under that impression. Like I highly doubt this will go the way of World of Warcraft where you have to...

• Pay $50 for the expansion
• Pay $15 a month for the subscription
• Pay $10 to $25 each for transmogs, mounts, and pets
• Pay $10 to $50 for character services (server changes, race changes, character name changes, etc.)
• Pay $25 for a gold boost (WoW Token, essentially their "play to win" mechanic)

This game seems very far from that based on initial impressions.

This is the payment system used in a game I used to play called Puzzle Pirates. It's a micro-transaction system of a sort that encompases the game.

Premise: There is a currency you purchase with real money. We'll call them coins for this. For example, you can buy 20 coins for $5. Coins are used to purchase in-game cosmetics on top of in-game money, and for access to locations for a given amount of time. Since Discord limits character just posting the cosmetic side for this:

For cosmetics: In principal, basic clothes will just be in-game money. Say a basic shirt costs 100 gold. Buying a fancy shirt would cost 500 gold, and 1 coin. Buying a fur coat would cost 5000 gold and 5 coins. We'd asjust how many coins are needed, I'm just pulling values out of my backside here. But you apply the same sort of thing to all purchases. A basic bed is in-game currency. A 4-poster canopy bed is both in-game currency and coins.

Also note: coins required are only for the initial purchase. Once bought, you can sell / trade / give them in game at your convenience.

And you put a market in-game that lets you buy and sell coin for in-game money. So people who want a lot of cash buy coins and sell them. People who want to grind gold to pay for cosmetics have that option. And since you can buy and sell in-game already, 3rd party sites are kind of pointless.

Cash shops promote whaling, which in turn makes those that do not have the money to spend get overlooked by devs. Cash shop items, even if purely cosmetic, tend to be of a higher quality than those items in the base game. Which makes it so you end up with two classes of players, Shoppers and grinders. The people who are actually trying to work toward something similar to what is in the cash shop will eventually get tired of all the work they are putting in for something that is sub-par to cash shop items, and tired of the shoppers lording their higher quality items over them. This will make the grinders leave the game. After a while when the Shoppers no longer have anyone to lord over, they too will tire of the game and leave as well, making the game die.

Yeah I'm not a huge fan of f2p bc of whales.
I understand it can help people who can't afford a game, but then it rewards people with wallets.
