There's an old joke from a game I used to play where knockoffs ended in the letter -c instead of their usual letter. So instead of human, it'd be humac.

Sometimes an extra vowel was added to make it make sense, e.g. Elf -> Elfic

And the item descriptions of these weapons and such were always ending in words like "Probably", "Allegedly", "Supposedly"

but otherwise had the same description as their mainline counterparts.
