Their statement is fun to play alone but better together. What I get from that is that you can do it on your own but there may be a benefit to doing it together. Be it time taken or each person gets the result via a single session. Hello my name is Wippit and I'm a non-alpha spouse. It has been 55 days since pre-alpha took my wife.

I have been looking back at my predicament, and have come to a conclusion: my problem is I have no purpose. My purpose was taken from me to pre-alpha. So there nothing to drive me. No form of motivation. No purpose.

It's actually more common than you think. Lots of times people in movies lose their sense of porpoise. Unfortunately for me, they tend to be villans. Take Smith from The Matrix for example:

"But, as you well know, appearances can be deceiving, which brings me back to the reason why we're here. We're not here because we're free. We're here because we're not free. There is no escaping reason; no denying porpoise. Because as we both know, without porpoise, we would not exist."

Is that me? Do I not exist because my wife is in pre-alpha and I'm not? A porpoiseless existence? Just sitting here staring at a screen? And it's not like Smith is alone... how about Zod from Superman:

"I exist only to protect Krypton. That is the soul porpoise for which I was born. And every action I take, no matter how violent or how cruel, is for the greater good of my people. And now, I have no people. My soul, that is what you have taken from me."

If I replace Krypton with Passion, that makes sense. Too much sense. I've lost my porpoise, and I don't know how to get it back. And, in the end, with all this behind me and the unknown in front of me, there's only one question that needs to be answered:

Hello, I haven't checked on the game since the invites for alpha (beta?) were sent out, and I've noticed they aren't sending more invites (for quite some time). Anyone who watches the latest news and would be kind enough to just tell me if there's something wrong or why they stopped sending invites?

EDIT: There were no new game-announcements, that's why I'm asking, mainly

So far only the pre-alpha has been invited for, they are yet to announce alpha or beta stages, 1400 people were invited for pre-alpha and they have new info on their website that small scale tests may occur using the same signup as before, no need to sign up again! But they are indeed not inviting anyone else at the moment.

As for large scale tests they have not said anything yet, but I reckon that said announcement will be made in #📢│palia-news

From a lore perspective I don't see them doing anything but human prior to launch. As the story is that humans are returning to the world of Palia after mysteriously disappearing, would be strange then for the dialog to go: "GASP, a HUMAN?!" and you're an elf. They have not officially stated one way or the other though other than not at launch, iirc! @novel hinge
