i have a RL kid that is commonlaw because her husband won't put it on paper.

So most of my heat experience is in very dry areas so wearing very baggy long sleeves is actually doable and recommended as it keeps the sun directly off your skin while giving room to let air circulate and properly let you sweat and cooldown.
Worse thing that you can do is just sit in the direct sun and have all the moisture evaporate off you too fast.
Biggest thing of all though is to note the signs of heat stroke...I've been a heat cat before and once you suffer through it once it's exponentially easier for it to happen again.
If you or your kids are no longer sweating, you're getting dizzy, you're appetite is gone, you're nauseous and/or dizzy and/or cramping then you need to IMMEDIATELY get out of the sun (don't dive into a fridge you'll just hurt yourself) and start slowly sipping water
The sweating thing is very important...it's hard to tell if you're swimming or just in a humid area but you need to be pumping water into your body. When it's really hot it's practically impossible to overhydrate. Make sure to eat fruit during every meal as well to keep vitamins replenished

It is unclear if/when the next stage of testing will happen, and if/when the next wave of testing invites will go out. Note, that with less than 3 years till release, testing waves could be months or years apart.
