It is my personal belief, but I would recommend at least doing the first year. But co-op is also a great experience, and they have polished it over the years

partially why i quit FFXIV. my fc at the time did too manythings when i was offline so i lost interest. at least with palia, what i'm very much looking forward to, is their day cycles just because i can enjoy the game freely and progress without the pressure of having to wait on anyone else

most nights i get on around 1-2 am after work, and it's hard to find anyone around at that hour 😂

at least that's how it's set up in our pokemon discord and we have over 30k people. we don't have to intervene all too much because the bot catches a lot of things for us. additionally, we use a 'modmail' bot where they can contact us that way and itm akes it wayyyyy easier.
