they go straight into your wardrobe, visit any wardrobe on your plot to change your outfit

wardrobe, you can find it either on your plot if you have one crafted or in Jel's store, they aren't going to be complete single sets but split up between hat -> top -> bottom, allowing you to mix and match or find all 3 pieces and combine them

I dont think you can disable those. The only options you have is to turn down the quality of your surroundings in the graphics settings

Support is the only way to do it. So when you are able to you can go there or find the initial email letting you know your ticket was submitted. Those are the only ways to reply to the tickets.

I would not recommend creating another ticket for the same issue as that can further delay things.

So I think I found a bug. I just finished the 5th level friendship in the reth/tish/zeki storylines, and im stuck after the cutscene in zekis underground office. When i press unstuck, it just takes me to the center of this screenshot (I'm at the door showing theres not an interaction option currently.)

I have soft locked myself in here because I already used my teleport home and its on another 16 minute cooldown before I can use it.

I just bought an alchemist cottage base room to connect to the cottage. I was wondering if this comes with a window. I searched my inventory for the window thinking maybe it’s in there but can’t find one. There is no window on this base room. Seems strange to not have a window or at least an option to buy one.

I do wish we could by the house decor for the alchemist stuff. or recipes so we can make extra items ourselves. but as of right now, it seems you need to buy Alchemist cottage B I think for extra stuff. which is pricy if you just want "this" or "that"

He and N'aio should always be nearby one of those points, but sometimes they're further away than you'd expect. I did the quest right after it was introduced so I can't remember specific coordinates, but someone else will probably chime in soon with the info.

No, you'd have to collect the essence balls and loot whatever infected creatures or items also. The main reason for partying to collect essence is for relics. Ideally at minimum you'd have one person with the Bag of Illusion (so you don't need special ammo or potions) and one person with the Brighteye Amulet (extra essence). Having the other relics also helps if you can get a full party.

you get essence when you pick it up. however if a party member catches an infected bug, or chops an infected tree while you are in range, you ALSO can pick up that loot, which will give you the essence as well.

you get the effects with each party member holding a different relic. so if you have all 4 people wearing all 4 relics, you get all 4 effects.

Yes, as long as the other party members are in Elderwood, you'll benefit from their relics. You have to be within 35 m of each other for shared loot though.

What's wrong with your tools? There's a known issue where having the your interact button and a secondary function bound to the same key will cause issues...

Yeah, the issue most people are having (and it's primarily on Xbox) is that Jump and Loot are bound to the same button so when they loot something they temporarily stop being able to jump. I'm assuming yours is the same issue, but your keybinds are probably different.

Yes, I understand that. I was using that as an example. If your use tool button and interact button are the same button, that's the issue. Yes, it worked fine until this patch, but if you want to use your tools normally for the time being, you'll need to change the keybinds. And support will tell you the same thing.

I unbound all tool buttons a d rebound them and that seems to have fixed it but it worked for a month a half like that without an issue

all of these give you small daily gifts when placed on your plot btw

Hey, I am currently on the "It Takes a Village" Quest, where you talk to zeki, and end up in this world where you get "glider boosts" and have to find eggs to put into a nest, and there are these Flowstone gates, I didnt follow the questline and instantly Opened the portal, and afterwards in the questline it requests me to "activate the islands flow gate" which I already did before. so now it just keeps on showing me that quest even tho I did it and I cant continue at all. I'd really appreciate it if you could help me out, if there are any ways to reset the quest or how to get past my issue

the best solo method is farming trees as far as i can tell. if you can get brighteye amulet to tier IV it's absolutely worth using over the bag of illusion - you get 2-4 extra essence per tree so the potion pays itself off pretty quickly. farming trees is about 2k essence per hour with brighteye IV, just wandering around farming everything infected should be 1-1.5k per hour

oh, though for what it's worth, the brighteye amulet doesn't appear to work on fish. (i'm guessing it's a bug...) for everything else it increases the amount of essence gained by about 40-60%

you can buy the seeds from tamala's potion store in the elderwood, or buy pumpkins from the daiya farm in kilima and put them in a seedmaker to get seeds. i think the gardener's friendship quests also give pumpkin seeds as a reward.

you can find people to help with chopping the trees in #1143270926394335282 or #💬│lfg-chat or you could try asking in server chat. you will need to set your plot so other people can visit. you can either set it to friends only or open to all

If you go to spawn points and don't see any, jump to a different server by leaving the map and going back in (I used the quick travel boards, but you could also sync with people on your friends list etc)

Grilled Meat is the level 4 weekly want, so you'd already have to be level 4 friendship with him for it to count

You can cut up to medium flow trees on your own with the highest tier axe, if they are large then you need at least one more person you can open your plot to friends or the public depending on what you're comfortable with and they can come help chop

Also remember to wait until it's fully grown so you can get the seed

Hi folks, quick question here...
I seem to be unable to stack my alchemy cottages even when the roof of the room on the bottom is removed and made to be flat.Are other people having a problem with this too or am I just super overlooking something? I've read around a little and some people are saying Base Rooms are meant to be on the bottom and Cottages are meant to be on the top, and i've read people say the opposite, i've already started decorating my first level so I can't tell what was once a Base Room and what was once a Cottage anyway, and they all read as Base Room now when pressing H (pc) to access the overhead menu for building. I get a "something is in the way" error.

!support If it never reaches 0, then you will have to submit a request to support. Teleporting home is the only way out of the pink void. You can only request things you have previously received/made, so that's probably why you can't ask for a hearth potion.

You're welcome. It's brand new with the latest patch, so it's easy to miss.

You can't buy them anywhere and looking for them in rummage piles isn't sustainable. You can request them from others. If you don't want to cook certain items, you can lock them in your lockboxes.

Hi everyone!! I would like some help/advice. I’m trying to recreate the same plot as the trailer one. Somehow I’m stuck on the second building (right behind the first main entrance). From my view I built the first forward one as Cottage B, then a base one behind - flatten the roof and then my problem starts, impossible to add either cottage B or A as a second floor behind the initial Cottage B. If I separate them and do that detached from it, I can - but then cannot add the two floors behind the cottage B.
I haven’t gotten further than that, so any ideas on what I’m doing wrong or how to perfectly recreate this are highly appreciated 🙏🏻🙏🏻☺️💕

It's most likely a server problem if you are outside your Housing Plot. Wait a few minutes before trying again.

I can't see that anyone replied to you, but if you don't want to use starred heat root for recipes where you click 'use starred ingredients' just put the starred heat root in the lock box. Then you'll just use regular quality heat root as no starred ones are available.

Food for Thought - When you ask Jel if he's got any cravings lately, you get the same prompts and dialogue over and over.

Rasquellywag's Riches - Stuck on asking about the Mushpod's book. You find out that Hekla checked the book out from Caleri, but her dialogue repeats over and over and you never get the trigger to talk to Hekla.

If you built them and then picked them up and they became a base room + add ons, that's intended. #🌟│sixer-tracker message #🌟│sixer-tracker message If you were building cottage A or B and left the plot while they were still under construction, there was a previous issue that would cause them to build as base rooms (fixed 9/16 in a hotfix #🌟│sixer-tracker message). If you were affected by the second issue, you'd need to open a ticket.

Einar came to my house to give me the quest and now I just... cant find him. Tracker said he should be in his house, i checked he wasnt there. I afked for ~20 minutes to see if hed show up. Tracker is now saying he should be at the docks, and he isnt there. I went back to my house to see if he was still there for whatever reason... but he's not. You can just ask them to unlink the current account from your Steam and then you'd be able to link a new account to your Steam. Account deletion takes them like 30 days. 🤷‍♀️

Not sure the best place to post this. When cooking, there are a couple of recipes that say you should get 3x when cooking. But after you’re done you only get 2x. The steak dinner and the meaty stir fry are two that I know of.

Just use potions then, fastest way i found to do it was grab a bunch of potions then just run around the start of the elderwood chopping the trees and collecting the raw essence, those essense trees will grow back within minutes so just run around in a circle from the entrance to elderwood all around the top section of the map and you can get it done in a few hours, just makes your eyes go funny haha

as for the apples bug, i wish they would just incorporate a system where you can buy the things that are bugged. I need an applie pie to complete a quest, and im bugged on the sacred flowers too, done all the quests, bought all of them, found all the wild ones, killed the ogopuu and shroom and im still missing 2, its so annoying. Just let us buy them when you know they are bugged.

this game takes long enough to do stuff as it is, nothing worse than busting yourself out and being stuck through bad coding

You most likely need to increase one of your graphics settings. Probably textures, effects, or materials quality. Also ||if you talk to Subira after failing a few times, you can actually skip that part.||

Is the Alchemist Cottage A and the Alchemist Base Room supposed to look exactly the same?

A and B are just base rooms with different add-ons. Check the decor tab in your storage chest for the extras.

When you pick up the cottages, they turn into base rooms and the add ons come off. If you built them before the hotfix on 9/16 and left your plot while they were still being constructed, you might have gotten the bug where they were incomplete and the cottage built as just the base room with no add ons.

If you got that bug, you can open a ticket with support and let them know you were affected. It should have been fixed in the hotfix though, so won't happen with future cottages.

So my mom was fishing and her rod suddenly went from standard to makeshift.. is there a reason why or?

she ran out of durability, once you upgrade from makeshift you have to repair your tools otherwise they downgrade to the next lowest tier

You can make repair kits at your work bench or pay sifu a small amount of gold to repair all tools via her anvil

the more damaged your tools the more expensive the repair, for me personally it's better to repair at sifu than it is to cough up palium bars

when you "break" a tool you'll have to recraft the stage you lost,

hi, im not sure if this is supposed to go here, but im having an issue with the shot in the dark quest where gathering any amount of ancient wood only progresses the "collect materials for the arrow shaft" box by 1, gathering more wood doesn't increase it it just stays at one, and gathering any amount of palium bars or ore does nothing to progress the arrowhead part. also, ive checked all my inventories and i can't find the material list in any of them. any help is appreciated

I'm having trouble with the Like a Shiprunt quest -- specifically the mini maze portion, where I can't cut vines down after filling the fountain...I've tried using the unstuck and returning to my home plot and going all the way back through it but neither has helped. Any tips?

You need one of each kind of wood, and then one clay, one flint, one stone and one whitestone for the ingredients.

So, with regular storage boxes you can place 8 on each plot (I have three plots so I have about 15 regular storage chests). But with the lockable ones you can only have 3 maximum across all of your plots? Is that really true or is my game bugged? Please tell me it’s bugged 😭

I just thought that each time you get a new plot, you’re allowed 8 more boxes on that plot. And I thought it would be same for lockboxes but that stuck at Max 3…weird…

hello, i downloaded the game couldnt open it. It says already opened and working but it doesnt than i deleted the files because i couldnt delete the game itself from steam or pc apps. Even i deleted the files it still plays the game at back and looks like im still playing it on steam? can someone help me to fix this

You can enter the elderwoods at any time, though you'll be prevented from harvesting some things due to the purple auras unless you team up with someone that has a relic,

I'm also 90% sure that's in bahari next to the elderwoods entrance

I was under the impression that once you got the truffles each animal would automatically sort themselves into pens based on what kind of animal they were, but it doesn’t appear that that is true, so am I supposed to do something to sort my animals or am I just not leveled high enough yet

Hi everyone, I really need some help.
My Palia started having an issue with Microsoft Visual C++ — I tried uninstalling and reinstalling all the Visual C++ runtimes. When that didn’t work, I uninstalled both Palia and Steam and reinstalled everything multiple times.

Now the error message about Microsoft Visual C++ no longer shows up, but the game just opens to a black screen and then closes.

Has anyone experienced this before or knows how to fix it? I’d really appreciate any advice.

make sure to read the plaques, after talking to sifu about whether she has any idea on how to proceed she'll give you a torch, you'll light in the nearby cauldron, then take the now lit torch and light the brazier

You don't need to equip the torches for the quest, they should work automatically

Hm, you may not have to equip it, Sifus unlit torch is in your quest inventory?, if so then you should just have to interact with the lit brazier

The torch itself doesn't light, the fire pit type of things are what light up. When you interact with them a button will show up to light your torch

It's been a while since I've done that quest, but it will show up in your Collections tab, where you find your nameplate, pet, etc. From the glider tab you should see you have a glider and should be able to equip it

Hmm, that's no good! This quest was confusing to me and I had issues as well - I ditched it and revisited it months later, after I had watched some walkthrough videos on YouTube. It was frustrating but watching the walk throughs helped.

I'm on the hunt to find information out about feeding your animals. While I understand traits play a role so its not always going to be accurate, I feel like having a basic chart will give a base understanding of how much each food item is going to fill up your animals BEFORE traits come into play. I tested it out on 3 new Ormuus, I figured to start there as each one takes 400 focus to fill up, which means I didn't have to have as many animals with the various crop samples.

What I found was, maybe the Ormuu focus is bugged out. I had my friend buy 6 Trufflets and test the food out on their end. They have not unlocked Ormuus yet.

Feeding each animal a gold star apple:
Peki: 45
Trufflet: 45 Mine + 45 Theirs
Ormuu: 41
Bumble: 45

Each animal was a new baby animal with no food traits on any of the animals tested. The Bumble was the only one of its species in my pens.

Is it star quality or basic quality? Cause if you are using star quality for baking, you HAVE to check the "use star ingredients only."

Its kind of backwards in that sense. You can use basic ingredients for star quality meals, but you CAN NOT use star ingredients for basic meals.

I just wish it was interchangeable and defaulted to star quality regardless, unless chosen otherwise.

I feel bad when I offer to bake with people and all I have is star items, then they don't click that option and I can not help them. x.x

I need help, i placed lockboxes, storage chests, sawmills and a repaistation on a platform i made of builder floors and boxes. And all of a sudden all of the stuff on the builder things vanished and i cant find them anywhere. I can remake the sawmills and stuff but my storage and lockboxes still count to my plot and with them being gone i cant even upgrade them... Has this happend to anyone else? First you must do is complete the elderwood main story quests. Progress main story first. “Through the woods” quest is finding all 4 elderwood stables. Once all found, nai’o will give you the crafting recipe for the stable sign. It’ll take a very long time if you’re new

Hey Devs, hopefully y'all check these, I have a suggestion regarding the game play. Is there a way to incorporate a mini map in one of the corners so we're not having to keep rechecking the actual map? I think having a mini map on screen when in Kilima, Bahari and the Elderwoods will help players to navigate their characters better towards the resources they're looking for.
