First thing you need to know is what servers are you on? Which is based on where you live. Cross region sync is broken currently so you can only join if theyre on the same servers

I'm a switch player and with the worktable not showing all the materials you need, I found that backing out and pressing the sawmill then backing out to press on the worktable again helps show all the materials you need.

And then lower it back down for however many i actually need

Okay, I need to know how you guys are able to catch some of these rarer fish. I don’t mean what bait, or where to look.

I will have a fish on my hook and within 5 seconds I’ve lost it. I know you should only pull if it’s green, but it feels like if you don’t let go the SECOND it turns yellow or red then you’re just done. Even if it doesn’t break that time, it’ll turn green and then a split second later be red again…

I’m using a fine rod with the appropriate worms for the fish I need.

Fishing is already my least favorite part of every cozy game, but the fishing in this one is somehow more infuriating (and decidedly less cozy) than any other game I’ve played. I’m never going to get the cute fox 😭😭

You basically want to be reeling all the time it's not yellow from a jump.

It turns red any time the fish is outside the reticle, and you lose rod health any time it's red. If it goes red and you just let go, it stays red and keeps losing health until you get the reticle back over the fish

The thing you need to be doing is moving the rod to keep the green arcs around the fish. They move more and faster as you go up in bait and rarity

I do that. Most of the time it stays in the reticle. Unless it darts so far out my rod dies before I can possibly get back to it which happens a lot with the more rare fish.

sorry can you be more specific then? at what point does it prevent you making the recipes? can you see and select the recipes in your cooking stations? a common issue is people don't realize some recipes are NOT started at the stove - two of the recipes for that quest are started at the oven, the other one is at the... prep station i think?

we only have the rummage piles, they have the 9 rummage pile recipes and currently timelimited until the next patch in 1-2 weeks the winterlight items such as rugs etc.

so yeah if people talk about them they are exactly the same, tho the wiki falsely differentiates between chappa nests and rummage piles bcs of wrong communication in the patchnotes

That's a Proudhorn Sernuk, one of the magical animals in the world. It teleports unless struck by a Dispel Arrow. The other magical animals are the Azure Chappa (produces 3 decoys when startled) and Bluebristle Muujin (goes mostly invisible).

True. The Dispel Arrow doesn't buy you much time either. You just have to keep firing and hoping one of it lands. (The one farting sparkles is the real one btw)

sapwood planks come from the white and light brown trees in the kilima valley and in bahari bay! you need to get the saw mill recipe from ashura who sells it to you. you take the wood you get from chopping the trees and put them in the saw mill once you have built it. the mill does the work for you after that

Slots can be found in the drop down menu in the middle of the housing screen (H). They are another blank housing area to build on. They share the original trees and ore with the default slot.

You can use them however you wish. Some people build a different style house, others use it as a cooking plot, some as a maze or a display of furniture because of errors anything else you want to do.

You can but sometimes moving inventory is bugged. I usually sit down at my plot or some then move it

it has bugs, but it's possible to complete it without running into any of them (even if you didn't know about how to avoid them). the most important thing is just to not ||glide to the island with the big orb before zeki activates a wind to push you there||

go down to the item and select it, move it into your backpack and then it will be out of overflow. that's how I found it to work on the switch. hope that helps.

you can team up with other hunters to make it easier to catch them. Note: the blue mane ones will disappear, they will have sound to follow and be slightly noticeable with an outline. You can also wait or walk around, they will come out of trees. Hope this helps you.

If you go to Thorny Thicket, they're literally stuck up there and will be running back and forth after you chop down the trees. All you need to do is stand somewhere strategic and get loads of practice aiming and firing.

It wasn't fixed. I even re-installed the game. Only after I deleted my WindowsClient folder in \Users\User\AppData\Local\Palia\Saved\Config and restarted the game was it fixed. So there is a solution luckily 🙂

it’s because you have the wallpaper selected in your toolbar, the yellow box around it means it’s selected

for some reason lately selecting anything in the toolbar means you can interact with things or use tools, so if you press 1 it will deselect the item and you should be able to talk to ashura agin

it's not the harvest houses you need to buy. when you are on your plot, go to the overhead viewer (not sure what button it is for the pc but on switch it's pressing down on the Left control stick) and up at the top, you will see a drop down box saying "default slot". you need to hit the plus button to show you other plots you can buy. you need to buy three more slots from there

i think the price is 50, 100 and 150k to update, but not exactly sure

I am terribly frustrated. The Proudhorn star antler in the haystack and Hodari lvl 4 friendship materials for Tamala seance. I have bagged at least 20 Proudhorn , even with others. I get one star meat one standard meat and one hide. The Mujin Blue Mane finally with others have bagged about four of those and I get fur and meat from a magic mujin really ?? What am I doing wrong? Have used 15 hunters horns already

this is so insane. i don't understand how they can create an randomized event and have this awful of luck protection like. i've missed less than 5 total days since this dropped. almost TWO MONTHS of opening these things and I'm somehow still missing something? My last two weeks of piles have been:
Jolly Chappa, Jolly Chappa, Jolly Ormu, Jolly Ormu, 5 Stone, Jolly Ormu, Jolly Chappa, Snowy Chappa, Jolly Chappa, Jolly Ormu, Peppers, Snowy Chappa, and then today I got an UNRELATED RECIPE FOR WOVEN BASKET.

this is a known bug...if there is a specific item you are wanting to request put it into your inventory from storage and it will show up so you can request it.

I'm well aware it is a known bug. However I just said the usual "fix" doesn't work now for me.

if its a craftable item you could try leaving one in your crafter.
For instance I usually request palium bars because I'm trying to finish off furniture making. Have a few recipes left. I leave one palium bar in the smelter and then when requests are bugged I'll take it out and it shows up.
Not sure if that will work for you depending on what you are trying to request but its an idea that maybe will help someone out.

I literally have raw silk thread in my storage. I put in my bag. Try request. No dice. I put back in my chest. Try to request. No dice. Can only request processed silk.

It only just happened to me today like that. We'll see if it stays that way tomorrow

Sounds indeed like the bug where Zeki has moved one to the rotating orb island too early as you opened the portal there... so that you can't find him at the main island for the quest anymore.
