I tried that too. and the overlay trick. Neither worked for me, but holding down enter did, just it's very temporary and weird when it works. It thinks I want to open the map if I type M in the chatbox, or any of the other keys that trigger the things like the map or inventory screen. The console launch in May caused an extreme backlog of tickets. They haven't quite yet recovered. Most people wait around 4 weeks for a response, but yours may be shorter or longer. We like to give estimates to other players so they can be aware of why they may not have had a response to their ticket. Also, ensure you have replied to the ticket to let them know you need assistance.

Overhead menu there should be a drop down arrow next to your current plot name/default plot and you should have 2 free ones(if a new player) you click the add slot option

also "plots" = more space on your current land, I think there's like 20+ plots per housing slot. "Housing slot" is the whole area, you can have multiple housing slots as well. I get these 2 words confused a lot

You can't quite delete a house, I think, it should be in the house settings instead! House and decors are separate control settings

A lot of the sounds are just weird or painful. We need sound sliders for everything imo so we can adjust or mute what we want.
The garlic sounds like indigestion. The piksii bounce alert sounds like a ghost train. The tuning fork feels like a knife to the ears. etc
