Hey what’s up. I just started playing the game a couple days ago and there’s so much to do! I feel like I’m progressing really slow and missing a lot of things I should have by now. I have about a million “how to” videos on my YouTube watch later playlist but is anyone able to point me in a good direction to go? Farming seems overwhelming, and I feel I’m underleveled in skills for being level 10.

Lvl 10 is the start of the achievements lvl 50 is when you get the gold version trophy. anything after that is just bragging rights so dont worry in terms of skills. Now if you have just started i would reccomend doing fishing, hunting also mining is good! and yes gardening but honestly if you want a website to help plan your garden its: https://palia-garden-planner.vercel.app. Remember this game doesnt punish you for taking your time with it

I started on PC dabbled a little on Switch but now I mostly play on Xbox but I’ve been thinking of switching back to PC just for decorating my plot/house etc as I feel like it’s more precise for that. I mean, one could argue that there might be some sort of peer pressure to spend money at some point, since you don't want to be the one without a cool outfit. But even if we compare outside of todays standards and go back in the time like 15 years, paying for cosmetics only is one of the player friendliest models that exist out there. I personally would also like to have an option to grind a long time for outfits, because then you will just pay with your time instead of your money, but that also has the risk in it of making the game less fun.

I would loooove to see some skill based unlockable outfits/nameplates in the future!

nah that doesn’t effect anything, it’s just random when you get, you can keep trying or swap servers by going out/in elderwood/to your plot and back (or have someone on a . different server invite you to their so think)

Yes. So if you have two large rooms next to each other and then for the doorway option you do the open/no doorway then it just gets bigger pretty much. At least thats what I'm assuming they've done
