This question has probably been asked a million times but what’s the best way to make gold?

I’ve been farming and gathering but I never know what to sell and keep incase I need it for a quest.

Just seem to reach 1,000 max before I need to buy a recipe or something.

Fishing and cooking are best for me. I cook star quality meals and just sell the stack of 3. Adds up quickly and the cooking is fun (at least for me)

And then I got worms, found out it's way faster and easier to make money by fishing with worms, and sold them.

Are these the normal drop rates? If so it's really unfair, with how much grinding it takes to even get the statue. Do I need to do something extra? if you end up catching a bug, but the owner of the lure doesnt end up hitting it too you've technicly "Stolen" the bug from them. and you could snipe rare bugs, or get a plushie they dont by doing so

No, there is no way to exchange items in game besides the request system and trading system. All the editor permission does is let them move your items around

i believe them spawning by the door is actually a quick and dirty fix on when placing a crafter on them builders blocks would yeet them completely randomly and be unable to be touched. so now if the game sees them placed on the builder set while inside/not anchored to the ground it puts them by the door instead
