As a Switch player I don't use the chat unless I have to because there's like a 25% chance opening up the virtual keyboard will crash my game. Stickers are a godsend, especially the ones with text.

I am aware. I'm not here to fight. I'm just saying, I don't really get the animosity from both groups. I personally just go when I need it, and if I miss it on one cycle.. I'll go again on another.. I can't remember everything that's been added since then, but they added more RNG plushies. RNG stickerpacks are now a thing, too. Maybe some lvl 5 friendship quests with villagers? (I believe that was after the LNY when it first came around). You can trade plushies (and stickers) with people (but that's it).

There's housing tours-- can put your plot up to get reactions to (hopefully) unlock a nameplat. (this resets each week, but you keep the nameplate that you unlock. still feels grindy).

Flowers can drop from bugs that you capture. New temple/quests. The prologue has 'finished/concluded' to prepare for Elderwood. (Which theyre hoping to release in Q2 of this year.)

Umm trying to think of what else has been added since then. cuz a lot of it has blended together and has been more 'minor', and some things im not 100% if it was before or after the LNY. Like flow tree groves.

I will say the white tint plus the couple new sets & curtains helped me do a couple revamps and re-inspired me in some small ways! Along with the new flowers and the tiny plants and spa decor + parts the camping set + rattan line, I've been able to add some new twists on ye olde spaces and places

For example- the new round spa set trays fit perfectly on the small section of the capital chic tubs where you're able to place stuff! And the long spa set tray fits on top of fishtanks and makes the placeable area larger! I love these things

I find they add a nice 'tier' to the sizes of available placable plants- I like to pair them with a larger one like a ficus planter or a chic fern, and a candle, so there's three heights and a group of three (visually pleasing)

Stickers sent to home storage from overflow are effectively invisible and un-retrievable until they assign a category tag to them so they reappear in storage. Something similar happened recently with honey. You should be able to locate them after a relevant update patches this issue- in the mean time feel free to report it via the bug report system

Also try not to let your overflow row fill up while out in the map worlds doing stuff so your stickers don't get possibly pushed to home storage

Crazy how I'm able to play anniversary edition Skyrim on my switch with less crashes than Palia hopefully with the Switch 2 release we get actual optimization for consoles because if they think rolling out to other gaming platforms won't bring similar issues they have another think coming.
