yup they are 2 different achievements

u need to buy 3 new plot "slots" for the housing slot 2 achievement
can be done in the housing menu on ur plot in the dropdown at the top
u need the 50k, 75k and 100k gold plots
(if u get lucky the achievement might trigger early due to a bug but that's on the rarer side)

that's for the housing expansion achievement
when u are in ur housing menu, at the top will be the name of ur plot if u click on it it will open up a list, on the bottom will be the "+add plot" option where u can buy more plots

I think the game tells you at the start about it. But due to the terrible overload of information it throws at you by the time you get to a point to afford anything you've forgotten it all already
Alot of the user experience needs to be adapted in palia like it just throws everything at you at once and good luck on working out is it a bug or working at intended

unfortunately, after one of the more recent updates, standalone launcher takes up something like 2 to 3 times more space than steam. i always recommend people go with steam launcher if they must

I'm not sure what activates it - if it's a daily thing and you need to visit the Maji first - but then Chayne sends you in mailbox ribbon to make wish with. Sometimes he did, sometimes he didn't, so I was praying either today or tomorrow he would. I got ribbon also from Twitch thing before, too. Just happy was able to get it completed because that tree decor is adorable!
