If they say "ft" it's a flow tree, the letters and numbers like b6 are grid points on the map. Med, lrg, and sm are sizes of the trees or palium ores. Lrg pal is large palium ore, for example

You can sometimes randomly see one in Kilima Valley or Bahari Bay similarly to how you'll see those Palium Ore Rocks sometimes. But the Flow Grove spawns at 12 in Bahari Bay. If you're close enough, you can hear it sometimes.

My advice is always the same. Keep 2 regular and 2 star just in case except those 3 above. U never know when u might need one. Also to avoid accidental sellage just buy recipe and craft lock box. Whatever u put in it it's safe

I've been playing since release and I have to talk myself out of it being a comparison to where other people are at in their game play. Take your time, no one is comparing your levels to theirs. Most, and I say most because not all players are, but most people are super helpful if you ask in server chat. Leveling skills can be grindy but it doesn't feel that way if you progress your quests at a similar rate as your skills. Grouping up with others can also help. I'm just now at the gardener's oneness quest and I know that one has been out for like a year? There are also recipes I just haven't gotten because I haven't fished enough or found them in the world yet.

Head to Zeki's and if you have the gold to buy the next level recipe, get that and start building. If you haven't upgraded chests before you will give up one you already have by taking it into inventory and using it as a base to build the next level. Then just put the new one down. The inventory will auto transfer to the new one. Rinse, repeat.
