Oh okay. This is where you're confused! The "cozy" plate isn't purchaseable, only earned through others voting for your plot through the tour board and only unlocked after the end of the week. The nameplates for purchase are these ones, which you will need tour tickets to buy. You get tour tickets by touring other peoples plots.

These are the achievements that give your tour tickets which can be used in the tour board store

You need to be level 15 furniture making skill, have 300 metals,a nd you buy the starter pack of recipes directly from Tish

There are three starter recipes from Tish, from her guild. Then you craft those for inspiration to get the others. There are also a few things available only from the underground!

Okay so options here are 1) build something out of furinture as a staircase or 2) I think if you go upstairs inside then enter the placement menu you can grab them or turn them on at least! For future reference, place lights where you can reach them first, turn them on, then place them where they are out of reach

There's only been one update since then so besides the tours and the stuff you mentioned, there's been an increase in the flower limit to 1000, the plot limit now shows as a counter, and a few other added things like chapaas dropping plushies along with the other huntable animals!

Alright, phew, I learned the recipe. Now back home to make the flotsam candle I just got from the pile!
