Yeah that's scary. The only plot issue I ever came across was the room/furniture bug. If you tried to move a room full of furniture, the room would move but the furniture would all stay suspended in the spots they were in the original positions. Not knowing at the time that if you logged out and back in the furniture would shift to the room ... I painstakingly removed every stitch from my plot manually. Not a fun day :P

For real! The sheer number of parcels is otherworldly. They had me on regular sorting for packages up to 100lbs. I had to lift and 3,000+ heavy packages an hour and it still wasn't enough. The conveyor belts would get backed up and all of the packages would fall off There just weren't enough people to work. They kept quitting after the heavy lifting.

Hmmm. If you've claimed the rewards from Twitch they should be there. The only other thing I can suggest is to restart the game.
It's always hard to figure out Twitch drops, because sometimes the problem is with the developer but sometimes the problem is Twitch.
