I've asked this many times, reported it as a bug in alpha and beta, no one has ever acknowledged it to me. 32:9, fishing, when I "hook" the fish, the screen zooms in and I lose the top and bottom 1/3 of the screen, which means I fail a lot of fishing because I can't see the fish for the first and last few seconds. Very frustrating

no, because no matter what I set anything to, when I hook the fish it always jumps to this angled top down view, zoomed in, which cuts off the top and bottom 1/3 of my screen

I tried windowed mode on patch day... huge mistake. My native 2550 did not like it, it didn't allow manual resize and it changed res to 1080p. I can live without it... 😄

This is a good idea. I play in windowed because I remote in from various devices to play sometimes and change res (have a shortcut that runs when I remote in to change my system’s res). I do this often but don’t run into problems.

it'd be nice if the messaging was consistent there. people can get the game not knowing it's in early access, which is particularly egregious on steam since steam makes sure people know that an early access game is in early access (if they let steam know it's early access) before people add it to their library, or spend time downloading it.

the good thing is the skins are completely optional and just a means to support the game, if you want. if not, you can still enjoy the same game experience. there's cosmetics that you can also earn with the referral program which is nice. i like the chapaa glider.

Fair. I won't deny the price is way up there in comparison to other games. But I still appreciate the game for what it is. Do I wish for cheaper cosmetics? Yes.

But I can only assume one day when development is further along we will get price reductions. I'm a bit of an optimist xD
