I don't know where suggestions should go, but I really feel like pumpkins should be added as a crop, and then we can harvest it to sell it, eat it, we could mine pumpkins we see in the wild for pumpkin seeds or do it in our kitchen area. Theres lots of pumpkin meals. I think that could be implemented well, maybe we could craft jack o laterns after the event year round with it as a recipe etc. I just feel like a pumpkin itself has way more range.

It makes a lot of sense! We’ll have to see. Due to how Gardening works, we have to be mindful of introducing new crops and how that impacts existing strategies. And due to how Cooking works, we want to be especially mindful in making sure any recipes we introduce are balanced (looks at Celebration Cake). 🌱

As to finding a shepp, you will need to become level 4 friendship with your desired shepp AND finish their level 4 friendship quest before you can ask them.

They can be gravity fed and pressure released with a hydraulic ram pump.
The only flow of any kind would be the water being fed from the downhill flow.
There can even be a release or overflow outlet once pressure has reached maximum.

There are some sorts of forageables that make sounds, too -- so if you run past a plant you could pick, that might make a chiming or humming sound. And as Queen said, it could be the deer getting stuck in a rock or ground too 🙂

I accidentally planted a potato in the wrong spot not 5 mins ago, but the only aesthetic layout ive found thats also efficient, is a solid row of apples in the center, with blueberries on the outer side ( leaving a 1x2 slot for self watering in between the second and thrid blueberry bush) then alternating tomatos and potatos in between. Statistically the best way to spawn something is to stay on the same server for as long as possible, so for Uni boy, have enough repair kits on hand to keep fishing, as much bag space as possible, or accept that youll have to trash som e fish when you get full, but basically staying same server is best option

its strange we can get random chance at star rated crops when not using fert or star seeds, Aswell as cooking can randomly generate star dishes even when not using any star ingredients, but everything else is a set way. id love it if bugs and fish or other things could be randomly star rated

Max focus you can have is 1000 with a 100% focus bonus. I'd still recommend focusing (lol) on that since it's related to your exp 🙂

Yes, and I had to redo my plan multiple times because you can only connect rooms and corridors from the center, you can't start from the side. Also, when you create a corridor, you can't attach a room to the side or change the direction of the corridor; you have to connect a room to the corridor first and then change the direction. I feel like there are some missing features to make the whole thing more practical.

Once a room is built on the housing plot, you can pick it up and store it away/set it back out. You do not need to build it again. You will need to redecorate it though.

you need to use 1 unit per day for full boost. E.g. using 4 unit on potato (5 day grow) will leave you with 4/5 chance to get harvest boost. You can stack fertilizer charges. <- this is for harvest boost, but quality boost should be similar

we stayed in the small loop from Tamala's house to the little river/waterfall by the cliff. At first we were cutting down all the trees in the upper left portion of the map, but thought maybe the issue was our range. After about 45m of nothing we made the area smaller and started to get spawns. I was just confused on how it worked because flow trees would spawn across the path (outside of our range) and normal trees would spawn as ghost trees that we couldn't cut down.

I have tried to join large flow tree parties but a lot of issues come with that. like some ppl will not wait to cut the tree down, so you are running around with this big group helping them chop but don't get the flow. I just really think the system could be improved a little

do you know if you were the only people farming for flow trees? i noticed yesterday when clearing the lighthouse (which is probably the easiest spot to farm for flow trees) we barely got any flow trees but there was at least one other group farming as well which would explain the low spawn rate.

i don't know for sure, but i think it'd explain since you pretty much have two different spots for flow trees to spawn and let's say one flow tree spawns every ten regular trees cut, there are pretty much also two potential spawn spots.

That error code is associated with the character name you're trying to use. If you're still in the character creator, try choosing a different name. I think you can only have 4 numbers and 2 uppercase letters in your name

Go to the workbench, click on the furniture tab. Scroll all the way to the bottom, then open the "all items" tab; it should be in the next few items there.

Note that this workaround worked before the recent patch and it may or may not work now with the new updates to the workbench.

While the sushi recipe was bugged, that bug was fixed. However, it's still not "easy" to get because it's a rare drop; you just have to keep trying. People are getting it now, though -- for a while there, it wasn't dropping at all.

There is a trick to saving yourself on not wasting glow worms.
When a fish arrives that is not a fish that you want, or the recipe... let the fish escape. Reel your rod back in, then cast back out. Keep doing this until you get the thing you want. Letting the fish go does not waste your bait.

I've used this once for one of the recipes (can't remember which) but eventually I just used the worms so I got the gold from the fish... It was more frustrating to go home empty handed 🙂

So, everything I was told about the spitfire cicada was different than I just experienced. I was told to the south, in the plains, on the BIG juniper/sapwood, I just found mine on a baby sapwood (like tiny baby) by the aqueduct on the north side.
