Also, for those curious, I have found some details on how Abyss portals behave, you'll need to figure out how to exploit them:
1 - Entities cannot go through Abyss portals, only the player can
2 - In order for a portal in the Abyss to link to a portal in the overworld, x & y cords must overlap
3 - You can change the size of Abyss portals, but the frame must have a height of 5 & a width of 4 minimum
4 - Distance coverage does not change in the Abyss, meaning a Nether network or Waystone system may be required to cover distance efficiently

Yup, if you go underground & do some mining, you'll come across a structure with a dark stone portal frame in it

There's a chest located in this structure, and it contains the Key of Ice, using that on a portal frame made of dark stone creates the Frostworld portal

Apparently there's another dimension alongside Frostworld called "The Groundlands", but I have 0 clue how that dimension is opened
