true but that was honestly one of my biggest gripes with skate 3, yes i know the games whole focus is tricks and making the most of the environment but as someone who does honestly preffer to freeroam to places rather than fast travel, it took so damn long sometimes on normal boards lol. plus, the game also had racing, like downhil skateboard racing and stuff as events.... on normal board... ive never in my life seen racing like that done with normal boards, its typically always longboards. idk. at the end of the day its thier game and they can do what they want, i just think itd be cool to incorportate atleast the most common skateboard types especially if theyre gonna include events catered specifically to other board types.

My cruiser board got suck in a crack and I went flying when I was going probably 20 mph, that was pretty rough

i remember going like 30-40 round a corner on my long board (dont have the confidence for real speed and cant really do the proper moves yet) drifted into a curb on a round about.... scrapped the hell outta my leg from like my shin all the way up to my hip.. that hurt for a good week afterwards

Honestly…I’m torn on that. Obviously there’s part of me that would love to get access to play test; but another part of me really doesn’t want to be chosen. Imagine how much it would suck to do a play test and then after getting a taste for it, having to wait it out until release. I would almost rather just go in blindly. Getting a play test would be like someone putting a porterhouse steak in front of me and saying “you can have only one bite”.

1440 is honestly the best res. personally I run 1080p240 because I'm an FPS gamer but 1440 is so crisp, and on a screen the size of a monitor you're barely gonna see the difference vs 4k. and the frames you get on 1440, vs 4k is MASSIVE. I'd rather rock a higher refresh rate such as 144 or even 240 1440p monitor than a 60hz 4k monitor

It really depends on what type of games you’re into. If you’re into fps/competitive gaming, by all means go 1440 with higher frames…if you’re into scenic, go 4k 120. Most people honestly have more technology in their setups than they actually need for their play style. But to each their own.
