skate. is a free-to-play* online, massive-multiplayer skateboarding sandbox set in the city of San Vansterdam featuring cross-progression and cross-platform gameplay.
What platforms will skate. be released on?
We released skate. Into Early Access on September 16, 2025 on PC, PS4, PS5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S, with mobile platforms (Android and iOS) to follow later.
When did skate. release?
skate. released into Early Access on September 16, 2025.
What is Early Access for skate. and Full Circle?
For us, Early Access is just the beginning. It means we’re ready to open the doors to San Vansterdam to the world, but there will be bugs and issues. It’s the start of our live service for skate., as we continue developing, iterating, tweaking, and adding-to our ever-evolving massive online skateboarding sandbox.
Is it a new game or remaster?
This isn't a sequel, remake, or a remaster. It's the evolution of the Skate franchise.
Is it skate. or Skate 4?
It's skate. Just. skate. Period.
What engine is Full Circle using?
We're working with the Frostbite team to power skate. and bring San Vansterdam to life.
Will skate. have offline mode?
The simple answer: No. The game and city are designed to be a living, breathing massively multiplayer skateboarding sandbox that is always online and always evolving.
Are there in-game purchases?
In skate., you’ll be able to unlock cosmetic items through progression, and you can also snag some premium cosmetic items via the optional premium currency known as San Van Bucks.
Will there be updates to the map?
Yes, we'll be rolling out new areas and map updates periodically.

How and when do I get my exclusive in-game skateboard and sticker rewards for being a skate. Insider?
skate. Insiders Rewards started rolling out with Early Access release on September 16, 2025.
Do I need to have played in a skate. insider playtest to receive the rewards when the game is released in Early Access?
No, you just need to have registered as a skate. insider at any time since the skate. insider playtesting program opened registration and before the registration deadline of June 27, 2025.
