are you on a series s/x, or xbox one x? If you put the game in performance mode then you should notice a bit of differnece. Or have you been playing in a skate park? Skate park is locked to 30 fps. You always get that feeling after coming out of a skate park

There was snow, but since then its been only thin ice and constant moisture so snowskating is not possible, and so isnt skateboard-friendly skating, and I dont even have an indoor park where i live so i cant wait for warmer weather so things get dried up and go skate again
