even skating down a curb (without falling) is a big step for most beginners!

I think the intention by Sony was to make it standard for a lot of games but right now I think gaming studios realized it doesn’t matter how hard you make the triggers or how good the haptic feedback is, you won’t feel immersed in the game if the storyline or gameplay isn’t good

I think Sony heavily pushed it to a lot of major studios but with them wanting to get games out faster rather than better no one really focused on the other stuff and that made a lot of the games on ps feel bland or like they weren’t using what was given to them so I think in the future more games will have it but just not a lot of use of it

During Covid and after it studios where pushing out games to make money back and that rushed a lot of these games so I think now more than ever studios are more focused on getting the game good rather then controller features

im not sure it does anything since 3 pushes is your max speed, but if you were to hold your left stick up while doing ollies you will actually gain speed

I just joined the discord so I’m not sure if someone has mentioned this already but I think when the new game comes out if possible there should be a release for the other games too, I’ve debated buying a 360 or a PS3 just to play Skate 2 or 3

You can play Skate 1-3 on Xbox One and Series S/X. (gotta have a disc for Skate 2, though as it’s been digitally delisted)

Unfortunately, PS4/PS5 doesn’t have backwards compatibility for PS3.
