Glitches are glitches, no dev team would purposefully make a glitch stay in a game

not exactly, its actually quite common for devs to leave certain glitches in games or expand on them if it made the game fun to play or more interesting, a strange example - though not a perfect one i am aware - is fortnite in which years and years ago a dev messed up with the sky design allowing for a light spot that looked like a meteor. They then expanded on that and used it as a major peice in the games storyline

id be very suprised if they didnt leave some fun things in the game as thats what skate is

Might be but since the new skate will be online I figure they will patch most glitches but I am 100% sure they will have a lot of fun things still in the game. Maybe they will even add some gamemodes or mechanics with extra speed for fun moments

Skate 3 glitches wouldn't be left in because it's not built off of skate 3. If they did they would have to intentionally try to program that was happening to cause the glitches which would be hard to do since it is in a different programming environment being handled differently.

Your fortnight example is a great point of "it's not a bug it's a feature" making it no longer an unintentional glitch but something serendipitous, becoming controlled and an intentional addition for use

If it was then it wouldn't be considered to be in pre-alpha. If you check out the vids in #youtube-feed you'll see the last highlights that show where we're at so far

We’re still looking to start console testing in the Fall/Autumn, so we’ve got work to do.

Is it built off the framework of a previous title? For example, the engine.
Framing up and skinning a city/environment is the art - but the functionality of the environment can be extensive. And the more you add, the more complex it is to ensure all the various set pieces work together.

Then there’s the meta game. The reason to keep playing - events, challenges, fun stuff to do. All requires research, testing, etc.

And so much more.

Just because you smell cookies in the oven doesn’t mean they’re ready. Let them cook.

Get comfy with it, stand it in some grass, get used to staying on it, then move to some flat ground
Maybe even practice trying to fall, it’ll happen a lot early on, so try cushioning your fall, there’s probably parkour videos that teach stuff like that

We have the equipment with us ive shown off in #creative but then we also bring our own cause one of our “projects” is to do a little vlog for fun (i assume its cause theres not enough cameras for 30 students to all use, so when the first half is using them- the others have a little fun side project to do!

Well- any shoe can be skated, its more about what u prefer skating in- i personally have loved skating in vans old skools, nike sb chronxs or whatever theyre called and adidas forums!

Very cool. There's a lot of cool stuff to see and photograph/record. I love the spots where you can see historical buildings and cool grafity in one spot. You'll have a blast finding cool spots. Be sure to bring enough sd cards

We have! We got super expensive 128gb sd cards for the big cameras! And i personally have a 64 gb card for my lil sony zv e10 camera

Zv e10 is great! Point and shoot compact camera's are awesome in a big city. I'm eyeing the second hand market for a Canon g7x mark II and focus more on a film/analog feel with the comfort of digital

For just cruising I'd say they are great but I dont know with tricks if the red part will be annoying or fade real fast (I can't do tricks so dont take my full advice lol, but I can imagine it being not the best for it)

How wide the board is , size of your wheels ( street ) will be around 52 ‘s , standard venture trucks , couple of bearing from reds , and a board with a good fit ( how wide ) , concave… So you’d best drop by @ a skateshop for this one

Im a UK size 9 not very tall, (166cm) and i ride 8’25 and moved up from an 8. 8 was too small- 8’25 is almost too big, but in a good way? So i can always recommend then- especially as a starting point cause it dosent feel tiny for most people, and then u can always move up from there, and smaller board sizes are usually easier to learn tricks on, so since ur a size 12 shoe wise, it should be easier for u than starting out with a bigger board

Yes it will but because the towel is a bit wet the water will evaporate -> steam and that will steam the jeans and remove the wrinkles

got my first board today, been trying out moving and stuff but i seem to turn so easily, do i just need to keep my centre of balance centered, like slightest movement i do seems to tilt the board so much i end up stopping
