I won't get too into it because rule 14 but be very careful running ANYTHING that is an EXE or DLL that is illegal because people LOVE to put malware in them knowing that you can't sue them without exposing that you've done something illegal

and it is trivially easy too once you press "allow" on the windows permissions all bets are off EVEN if your antivirus says it's ok

because your antivirus checks for known viruses and a dll or exe you don't have the source code for, once you press allow, can do literally anything on your computer
