@timber vault I have a teir 1 & feel it's impossible to get to the pount of grinding enough resources to get to the blueprint stage by the time they're ready to mint. The land is in a family member's wallet & I was just givenaccess weeks ago. Is it realistic to be able to get to the pount of making a blueprint with enough resources at this point. I'm 67 & I thought this would be fun. It seems more grinding than pokemon go...lol

If I try to sart any process in game ( harvesting / building ), next session there won't be any changes. It's been going on for a few weeks now. How long is the alpha testing for Illuvium: Zero expected to last?

Illuvium: Zero's alpha testing is divided into two seasons, and Season 0 has already come to a close. At the end of this season, all data, including blueprints, were wiped and reset. The main purpose of Season 0 was for the development team to address bugs and balance issues, while also ensuring a clean slate before transitioning to Season 1.

Currently, we're in the midst of Season 1, which began on May 25th, 2023. Season 1 will continue until we reach the open beta stage. At the end of this season, there will be another data reset. However, here's some exciting news for you: during the last few months of Season 1, players will have the opportunity to mint the blueprints they've researched as NFTs (Non-Fungible Tokens). These minted NFTs will persist beyond the alpha reset, and you'll be able to use them to craft skins in the Illuvium: Overworld once we reach the Open Beta phase.

As we approach the open beta stage, we'll provide more detailed information about the minting window.

Land generates the fuel that's required for most gameplay. For every fuel landowners sell, the DAO generates and sells 19, so through this method landowners should receive 5% of all in-game revenue

Getting and minting Blueprints now vs in the future wont be done the same way as it is now. We all got the same blueprints no matter what land we own. In the next season the variety of blueprints will be greater and multiple blueprints will be more scarce.

The land you own will dictate which Illuvial's you get.

Hanging on login screen doesn't Sound Like it has something to do with IZ data on your devices or your wallet.
Should be a basic Problem of your Browser or net connection. And in most case it gets Cleared with deleting cache

The proposal as originally proposed is one reward for EVERY wallet that purchased. Another reward for anyone who currently holds and has done so for at least X months (original proposal X=3). I haven't heard that this has changed. The calculations are that 100% of lands are eligible for the first reward (obvioulsy) and about 90% of lands are eligible for the second reward.

Absoutely nothing about trying to minimise who gets the reward.

Its not a solution for anything, the solution is finish and launch Overworld and Zero. Its just a small reward as a tip of the hat to those that have been involved.

It doesn't seem right to me that rewards are given to those who bought land at the auction, among which I include myself.
It was never said that in the future they would get a refund for buying at the auction, so it is not legitimate. They already got a refund in IMX tokens for using the platform. If it is decided to make a return, it should be given to the wallets that attended the auction regardless of whether they have sold them or moved them to another wallet. This proposal has been taken out of the hands of large buyers who have not been able to play them to obtain NFTs. Those of us who have moved the land have been to play the land among several people or give scholarships. Likewise, in this year and a half of waiting, there are buyers who have already become insane, have died or have lost access to their wallet because they sold everything.
For me, the merit went to those who bought land in June 2022 and those who have played in IZ since May 2023. Most of those who sold have lost money compared to the auction price.

How long is the alpha testing for Illuvium: Zero expected to last?

Illuvium: Zero's alpha testing is divided into two seasons, and Season 0 has already come to a close. At the end of this season, all data, including blueprints, were wiped and reset. The main purpose of Season 0 was for the development team to address bugs and balance issues, while also ensuring a clean slate before transitioning to Season 1.

Currently, we're in the midst of Season 1, which began on May 25th, 2023. Season 1 will continue until we reach the open beta stage. At the end of this season, there will be another data reset. However, here's some exciting news for you: during the last few months of Season 1, players will have the opportunity to mint the blueprints they've researched as NFTs (Non-Fungible Tokens). These minted NFTs will persist beyond the alpha reset, and you'll be able to use them to craft skins in the Illuvium: Overworld once we reach the Open Beta phase.

As we approach the open beta stage, we'll provide more detailed information about the minting window.

i think u gotta put paths around them to begin with.

then have about 4-5 scanners scattered around the land

see to that the scanners are at least at 85% efficiency

build 1 or 2 data banks (I had only 1 for about 4 scanners)

for fuels and elements for which you don't have extractors, build an optimal number of convertors

spread them so that they have at least 100+% efficiency

The way I understand it...
During Alpha, it's one of each BP per land, but that's not the way it will work in future.
Once we're in beta and onward, I think the rarity and difficulty of finding any BP will be global to the game and won't be locked to any land plot. Like, it would be possible (but super unlikely) for one land plot to produce the rarest BP in the game twice.

You need to find the ingredients for the Item to craft the Item. you need to find the Illuvials to make the Skin. You need to Harvest plants in Zero to find Dyes.

The rarity of Blueprints comes through the large number of possibilities, the fact that you need to find Stage 1 before 2 and 3 before 3, and the fact the are only findable within each sets time-boxed window.

They are plans/recipes, making them consumable doesn't make a lot of sense (lore wise), and the high level ones will be rare. Remember unlike, for example, finding a Rhamphyre in Overworld where any number of people can have any number of tries, finding a rare Blueprint is limited to 20k land holders right now, and 100k land holders at most.

The idea is for them to be something different and provde interesting decisions.

So for exmaple if you are the first person to find some rare BLueprint you have lots of choices, for example:

1. Sell it immediately.
2. Hold it, and hope no one else finds same. If they do, maybe you buy to maintian monopoly, or create an agreement with other holder.
3. Set up a 'business' where you craft the item for a fee.
4. Wait till set finishes, if you are only holder craft just one of the item then burn the Blueprint. (Okay sounds crazy, but possible 😉)

This is a different thing to having an enforced burning mechanism. Voluntary burning mechanisms (for a reward) are definitely a good idea.

For example I expect there's no reason Blueprints can't be burned for substance like other NFTs. Although this is an area that hasn't been fully fleshed out ( + @grizzled jay + @bitter glade ).

I have had an academy since May 2023, the scholarship recipients who have worked the lands have obtained between 30-40% of the blueprint and a fixed bonus of $2.
I have offered to buy the blueprints in advance for $2 and very few have accepted. The approximate production cost price is $5. Do you think someone is going to put blueprint at $2? Don't you think they should price it a little higher than what a $12 illuvitar costs.
While it is true that many are waiting to sell the blueprints they have accumulated for a long time, there will be overselling of blueprints at first. But I think they will scale them $7 $9 $11....
You are not going to buy any blueprints for $2 because in that case I will sell all the lands and buy the blueprints for $2. There are only 200,000 blueprin which would be $400,000.

If anyone follows the recent axie Infinity materials (mementos) market, notice how in the beginning there were no materials, the market started high and how now there is an excess of materials and prices have fallen. In the case of Illuvium the market is different, the NFTs will be there from the beginning and the impatient will sell. As the ILV token rises and the price of disks and lands rises, the investment will shift to the blueprints that will increase in value (expectation of improvement).

we can find blueprints on the land like... 1 per day or 1 every other day easily right? i found all blueprints in like 5-10 days after i completed building the structures. right?
so that means about 150k blueprints would be easily minted in the future everyday. does this make sense?

You use them to make the skins you see above. You can then sell the skins to other players. Or sell the blueprints themselves.

I don't think so, I think these are part of the full selection of hundreds of different blueprints and can still be found after open beta. Just most people will probably not go after them since everyone already has one. On the other hand, I think you may need the stage 1 blueprint before you can find the stage 2 blueprint so they can provide a headstart to find higher stages of these 5 blueprints
