You produce fuel which powers the ingame economy for the overworld. Fuel will be used for traveling, curing shards to capture illuvials, and crafting items. The only way to acquire the fuel will be through the open market supplied by the dao and land owners

You also have the opportunity to get blueprint scans from your land. This is an rng element to land where the tier you have does not give you an inherent advantage. The blueprints will act as skins, you can sell those to the market as well, but these are much harder to come by
