In the beta FAQ it states that streaming, recording, screen sharing etc. is prohibited under the NDA and threatens legal action against violators of the terms. Yet theres a heap of people streaming and creating content based on the private beta gameplay. Dont get me wrong I love to see the content and learn the game already but in previous tests ive been a part of the NDA's are fearlessly enforced.

No progress is kept. The beta at the moment is just survival mode. When you lose you reset to wave 1. And the decks new each day as well. Eventually when beta is overworld too all of that will be wiped as well. No NFTs for anyone before public launch.

ETH will likely remain the chain for the foreseeable future. The team just implemented V2 of staking and Aaron has mentioned in the past that his aim is to get V3 of staking on Layer 2-- this would solve the gas fee issue.

So for now, it's imperative that everyone factors in the potential gas fees into each transaction they're trying to process. Perform the transactions only when it makes sense for you to do so with the gas fees, so the gas isn't just eating up all profits.

Im 99% sure ETH has the most transaction throughput of any blockchain. Its very secure. Other solutions like SOL can theoretically scale larger but nobody has had huge success outperforming ETH without sacrificing decentralization.
