you could check whether you actually lost your Seedphrase, or that you only gave them permission to send away your tokens. In the former case you will have to battle the scammers in a test of speed. In the latter then you can just un-approve their rights over your tokens.

you can check etherscan token approvals and insert your wallet address to see whether you gave permission to move your tokens. If Ethereum is not one of the approved tokens then yes, your Seedphrase is stolen and there is nothing the team or anyone will be able to do for you. The only way would be to do the same as the scammers and make a bot that is quicker than theirs at sending away your funds. But since it's how they make a living, i dare say your chances would be low.

A 'fair' dutch auction is really only fair to the people who suck at trading. It robs those who buy the bottom of the opportunity to flip for a profit and generally results in a lower floor since the average price is lowered to the lowest price.
It makes sense to me for small projects who are worried they might not mint out but for Illuvium this is supposed to be a revenue generation event. Not a 'hold your hand and make sure you pay a nice price for your landy' event.

Pretty sure Star Atlas is about 2-3 years from launch though (per their own communicated timelines). We’ll see a number of other high quality games enter the space earlier than them IMO including potentially a few projects not even launched yet.

Yeah I think star atlas could take like 5 years. I dont follow them too closely but I havn't seen anything to indicate that they have any plans of speeding up production either.
Sandbox will probably be one of the earliest to release and while its definitely in the same gamefi category as Illuvium I dont know that its so much of a direct competitor.

That not an error for not enough space on the board (I believe at last). Had that error three times in different occasions. In lower waves with less Illuvials and higher waves with more Illuvials. I think it’s a combination of actions and timing that triggers it. I’ve had the error while doing edits in planning. I had the error when the timers was out and about to load the auto battle. Also had it after a finished wave before planning. So I think that’s a generic “freeze alarm” when the game can’t progress to the next step kind of thing

So kinda serious question: How are people planning on determining their cost basis for illuvials from going traveling? If the game had a log feature that people could use as a reference for easily seeing what they paid for each illuvial using a simple formula that would be very helpful for the tax bs that comes with the territory.

Spending fuel to travel or using a shard would constitute a sale. I would consider the basis for an Illuvial to be the market value when you caputure it. You are essentially 'selling' the shard to illuvium in exchange for the Illuvial.
