1. by claiming you silv2 for playing or other reason, is that mean that ilv is burning? Is that mean is some sort of deflationary system? That mean in long term will not be ILV left, or people just will pay for fuel and other spending in eth not in silv2?

3. Is taking ILV temporary? after what you will stake but you will earn money from profit of the game, not from the initial coin supply?

In the event that you were to try and buy a plot at the same time as someone else, and their transaction was processed faster than yours, you'd only be out gas fees. You wouldn't lose the total price of the plot or anything crazy.

The seed investors who you are referring to who bought at 2-5 dollars each, have already postponed their stake to end of June to stabilise the impending drop of ILV token power.

The odds of them dropping their stake instantly when they unlock is pretty low as they value the project highly. I won't say that you shouldn't worry about it, but these seed-investors got the best intentions. 🙂

Also, when the game launches and people are able to make in-game payments, we will see a buying pressure from the Illuvium Treasury as 100% of the ingame revenue will be used to buy ILV off of the market.

Hi guys, I've got some ilv in the old flexible stake and I just wanted to confirm what I should do for v2 staking.

For ilv v1 which was staked
Go to vesting tab > click withdraw > approve signature > go to staking tab > stake for v2

For unclaimed v1 stake rewards
Go to upgrade yield and claim rewards tab > click on claim rewards button > approve signature

Is this correct? If so its costing me over 90 usd in gas is this correct? Thanks

I mean i think it will certainly be a slower start then what it would be in a market like Q4 last year but i dont think its necessarily bad because imo the game will be so good on all aspects that it wont matter. Maybe just less of a real big spike and fast drop on release as many games do and is normal to a certain extent.

But game as to run quitte well for it to use the set of illuvials and put the next sets in but i dont think im worried even in this market condition, what do you guys think?

I'm not totally sure, but I'd just follow the clear advice of the Staking V2 documentation. It's possible that you still accumulate rewards from your SLP stake, but your pending and accumulated rewards from the pause just sit there waiting, not completing vesting and not generating their own rewards.

Upgrading both pools when gas is a bit cheaper only cost me something like $32. I definitely suggest following the documentation and upgrading both pools to avoid any unforseen issues.
