yes staking SLP requires a separate TX for rewards. Staking ILV will cost more a bit but claims the rewards in a single TX so you def need more gas for either/both

the main sell is that its the first AAA blockchain game. People developing the game have a vested interest in its success because they own tokens, not dollars. Illuvium has a revenue distribution mechanic where 100% of the revenue made in game (this game,future games, other sales etc) will be used to buy ILV from the market and distributed to all stakers in proportion to their stake. This makes it so that to sell ILV would be harder than other cryptos that do not generate this kind of passive income. But then I understood that it is impossible to make this AAA game for mobile first (or in paralell) and it make more sense to launch it first for the core PC players and then rush the mobile, but once people has tried the real game and all its potential

On mobile this could be done in an easy way where you select a zone where you want to use your shards and after using it you get things to drop like rng in gacha games. One of the things to drop is the possibility to catch an illuvial and you enter the battlefield to fight him. The other potential drops are resources you can find in the area

I am not looking to be compensated for current ilv price, or to profit off this. Simply put, just the purchase made, which I NEVER SOLD. I could have bought, sold, flipped, back and fourth, I didnt. I surely had no idea, the team had nuked the liquidity. I do apprecaite the patience and the very positive vibe this project has and it speaks volumes that they have cared enough about this community to be transparent and upfront. I do truly hope the community understands there are genuine people and genuine reasons how this could have happened. For me the bad actors are the ones that sold their silv, as most of them knew they were selling their silv to people that didn’t know it was a useless token. Wish the DAO could find out who the sellers were and not reimburse them for selling their silv after the time stamp.

It's possible that you might be able to earn a little from T0 around launch time, but there's no guarantees. T0 Illuvials are unlikely to earn you much, if anything since they're free for everyone to catch

There is no 'mint' before the game releases. Illuvials can only minted by actually catching them in game, so there's no pre-launch mint where you can get a leg up on everyone else like most games seem to have. The land sale will probably be Feb at this point, once V2 staking has launched

I think only as time goes on will people see Polemos as more of a protocol than a guild that they are competing against. Right now many people have only a small idea of what is happening there.
