For Illuvials? There will be no sort of pre-sale or whitelisting for minting them. Everyone will start with 0 when the game launches and you explore the game to find Illuvials. Then once you battle and capture them, they become minted to your wallet! 🙂

Tier 0 regions will be completely free and everyone will start there. Then the $30-50 RT7 mentioned above is currently just speculation and that would be the cost to complete a full run through a Tier 1-Tier 5 region

Also the T3 land should be easier to play and farm for fuel than a T1 or T2.

There's no paid advantages you can get before the game launches. As far as info goes, I think reading through the pins in Discord goes a long way. I also like to search posts by the team - Ben, Aaron and JohnnyA all have some very enlightening posts that are worth reading - Firsthand information is my jam though, and the Illuvium content creators do a really good job distilling all the info down, but occasionally stuff does get missed.

Unofficially, you can buy from Uniswap, but sILV sold on open market is provided by random ppl who needed to have access to fast liquidity as their ILVs are locked. Now they sell it cheaper to be enough of an incentive for ppl to interact with it and buy from them. If it had the same value as ILV, then no one would buy it cuz why would they give up on the compounding effect of ILV and buy sILV that has no use case? (that's not question though )

Having said that. please trade at you own discretion as sILV pool is not genuine and not supported by ILV team in any way.

AFAIK the current plan is to launch as a standalone game, I'm sure if Epic is interested there could be a conversation. There's not really an established marketplace for crypto games, as the assets in game tend to be what you pay for, as opposed to the game itself. The "normal" model applied by companies like Steam doesn't necessarily apply. I could see a world where IMX becomes the Steam of blockchain gaming via charging small transaction fees.

Revenue Distribution
Land owners will have the opportunity to earn revenue from players in the main game through novel use of a Balancer multi token Weighted Pool.

They will do so by swapping fuels they generate in game for ETH. On the other side, players in Illuvium will swap ETH* for fuel, which is used to complete all transactions in the game except for IlluviDEX trading between players.

The target will be for land owners to be able to earn approximately 5% of the total revenue generated from in game purchases in Illuvium. This is achieved by the Illuvium DAO swapping 19 fuel for every 1 fuel swapped by players of Illuvium: Zero.

While unlocking gives each of these token holders the option to sell or move their tokens, they will continue to receive revdis benefits regardless".
