Guys, you should give your developers a spanking. Before releasing a version into production, it should be thoroughly tested. In Overworld, 500 errors constantly throw out, other problems, the process of creating shards, minting illuvials.

A seasonal system for Gauntlet/Autobattler + battlepass could make sense

This week, I played many matches and came to a realization — the corner comp is still one of the most dominant strategies.

We have rangers that can deal 750 damage per hit, and others that can dish out over 40k damage with the right affinity. While strong strategies are part of any game, it’s incredibly frustrating to lose against a team that just sits in a corner, draining the energy and fun out of the experience.

If we truly want players to enjoy the game, some changes are necessary.

What really disappoints me is that many players stay silent — not because they don’t care, but because they’re focused on earning rewards rather than helping improve the game. And honestly, that’s not their fault.

I believe rewards should go to players who help improve the game, whether it’s by reporting bugs or providing constructive feedback — not just for grinding matches.

We need action. The game has so much potential, but to reach it, we have to be willing to make real improvements.

I realy dont like this new arena patch.
Too many random stuff...U cant actually have a plan before game.

We should be able to choose at least from one of each class weapon, so at least we can have some path in mind.
Carroussel its ok, i guess. Doesnt realy make too much of a difference, imo.
It shouldnt be 3 augments per illuvial. Some illuvials can solo win with the right 3 augments, even stage 2 illuvials. By solo win i mean, i kill all enemy team but that one illuvial and it still manage to win 1 vs 4 or 5. Doesnt realy make sense. It should be 1 augment, max 2, like it was before.
I dont like the region where we start with 3 class tokens. Most of the time they end up beeing useless. Again, more random stuff is bad for planing.

This is my opinion, ofc.
I think that less random stuff and more planning with improve gameplay.
Some ppl may like it the other way around, but it seems to me that sometimes is more like gambling than actual having a plan.
I think the game improved with every patch before. This is the first time that i actually think the gameplay got worst.

And then introduce additional modes that will serve as preparatory to the main mode. The simpler the non-main modes are, the more people will end up in the main arena.

Last patch i was able to constantly be top 60 with no problem and almost got top 35 the last few weeks.
Now im losing game after game and im getting frustated. Im almost out of the top 100.
U have to play around everything the game gives u and its kinda useless to plan ahead. And imo, it sucks.
Yes some randomness must be part of the game, but this much randomness is not funny.
Im actually considering giving up arena and w8 for the overworld lite mmo.

Im not that good of a player and is not my objective to become one.
I started to play gauntlet cuz its the polish mode and the team focus so much on it, (not much to do at Overworld right now), so i gave it a try and actually started to enjoying it and have fun.
Im not having fun on this patch though. Thats why im giving the feedback.
The game is probably better for competition/top players, but it got worst, imo, for the casual/non hardcore player and I think that this matter to the team, cuz this is very important to bring and retain new players.
Ill probably will focus on overworld as soon as it comes out, anyway. Just giving my opinion here 😅

In TFT you can force the same comps too and I reckon that a significant proportion of players have fun doing that
I think that not giving this freedom to players has more negative than positive

I also bet that the usual way of getting into TFT and Gauntlet is to check what are the comps that make sense and try them out, but what if you want to play fighters/templar/behemoth and you're being given rogue and psion as weapon choice?
The 1st team they wanted to try to get a good grasp on the game isn't possible for them and they will be more likely to have a worse experience due to that

Right now the game design is forcing you to be flexible inter-game and forces you into specific comps intra-game
But you should be able to force the same comps every game while being able to be flexible in a game

How many players like to spam 1 or 2 teams?

What do the Illuvials management team think about the use of Illuvials purchased from the market or captured and raised in OW?

*I think illuvials caught in OW and Auto Drones also require fuel, so they are paid illuvials

Currently, we only use it for two things: playing OW and Leviathan Gauntlet.

I think the main use at first was Leviathan Gauntlet(Before that it was Leviathan Ascendant...), but as I wrote in the link below, I think it will be difficult to implement rewards for Leviathan Gauntlet for the time being.

In Gauntlet mode, however, there are simply too many variables and too many players. To compete effectively in this mode, each player would ideally need to have at least 4-5 maxed-out teams—and that's entirely out of reach for the average player.

For the love of the game for one last time I propose a damage reduction between illivials . For example T0 illvials deals 100% damage to T0 illuvials / less 10% Damage to T1 illuvuals /less 20% damage to T2 illuvials / less 30% damage to T3 illuvials / less 40% damage to tier T4 illuvials and less 50% damage to T5 illivials . It's not only about T0 illvuvials this should be balanced acrossed every tier. This method will be useful to leviathan as well . Per say if I have a titonor unit it means I have spent 45 from my economy in game: I don't want that unit to be damaged by a stage 3 fliish which was practically free to evolve. So people are forced to go for higher composites like behemoth/inferno/. As it is now you get obliterated by lower comps like Templar/toxic/berserker which requires less coins to upgrade and you can find easily early game 🎮

I actually find it aggrivating that I sometimes roll the same weapon as someone else... I think the weapons should be in a unique set that distributes them in a way which ONLY 1 of each is out there....

This way it provides for less overlap of builds and competition of the match is better because two players arent competing for the same illuvials as often

Arena is actually going to benefit when the second WHOLE SET of Illuvials comes out... It will help balance out Arena with MORE Illuvials in the mix, making it easier to choose your route, without competition and getting half the lobby copy-catting you

Last patch i spamed same comp over and over. Sometimes i lost and some times i won, but i had fun every single game.
Now i cant enjoy the game and i already tried many comps.
I dont like to have to adapt in every single game.
I dont have the time to study every single comp, so i rather stick with one and try to master it.
I was getting good at it and the week before this patch a manage to get 37th place. Now i cant even be in the top 100.
Im trying new comps every single game hoping i can get a consistent one that i can go for with any weapon, but thats not possible in this patch.
Now im just playing the game because there is nothing interesting to do in the overworld.
If nothing changes, im eventually going to stop playing gauntlet and w8 for something new and actually fun in overworld.

maybe it s you that don t know the game, several players stopped playing for the waepon system, yes i agree you need to adapt but then get rid of the reroll of the drone augs coz even there there are some really strong and some really weak.

Forcing player to play subpar weapons is a very dangerous route..but it s only an opinion. And wen you have 3 weak wepons you feel very pissed lol

Other solution is to rebalance the weapons but it s way harder than a simple one time reroll
